Velkommen til et ekte tømmerhus, som er bygget etter mange hundre år gamle byggeskikker i Norge. Huset har moderne fasiliteter på en flate. Du får deilig sengetøy, masse puter og mange myke håndklær. Veggene er tømmerstokker, og alle gulv er heltre furu gulv med varmekabler. Du kan parkere flere biler gratis på eiendommen og i garasje, og du vil kunne nyte nydelig utsikt over den flotte naturen. Bergen ligger kun 25 minutter unna. Det er 5 senger og en sovesofa i huset. En opplevelse!

Trenger du et rolig sted med utsikt mot sjøen og frisk sjøluft er dette stedet for deg. Kort vei til flyplassen (5 min med bil) og 3 min å gå til sjøen med muligheter til å fiske, bade og gå turer. Det er bussforbindelse til bybanen som ligger 3 km unna. Bybanen går fra flyplassen og inn til Bergen sentrum. Det er også mulig å ta hurtigbåten som stopper rett nede ved kaien (3 min å gå) og bruker 35 minutter til Bergen sentrum. Huset er nytt og moderne med 2 soverom, stor stue, kjøkken og bad.

Welcome to our cozy family home. The detached house is part of a safe and quiet residential area. The house has modern facilitis. It has recently been upgraded with, among other things, a new kitchen in June 2024. The house is close to playgrounds, football pitches, swimming areas, hiking areas, bus and light rail, shops, Flesland airport, Bergen City, Lagunen center, Leo's playground, Rush trampoline park, climbing centre, bowling, padel and fitness centre, etc. We warmly welcome you!

Seafront retreat - pier, boatrental & fishing camp

You will have full access to the whole downstairs apartment of 125m2 in total. 3 bedrooms and a large living room stands at your disposal. Outside you have your own private backyard with lots of outdoor games. From the pier you can fish, rent boat or swim. There is a 98l freezer box where you can store the fish you catch or any other food. Through our boat rental company, we are a lisenced fish camp. This means you can export up to 18kg of fish per fisherman with you out of Norway.

Live comfortably in touch with nature in this scenic and secluded lake house only a 12 min drive from the city of Bergen. Beautiful areas for swimming and fishing on the property and access to several hiking trails. SUP boards, inflatable boat for kids and fishing rod. A huge private garden where you can pick fruit (apples, pears, plums) and with an abundance of blueberries in season (Jul-Sep). Only 200 meter to grocery store and bus stop. Parking for two cars and EV charger.

The home is perfect if you want to explore outdoor activities in a peaceful environment. When renting the home, you will receive a number of tips.

Willkommen in Villa Mini am See! Wandern, fischen, baden, rudern... Mit dem Auto nach Bergen 30 Min., Bus fährt 1 km Fussweg vom Haus. Stille Lage. Ich spreche Deutsch, Englisch und Norwegisch. Welcome in my hut by the lake :-) Here you can enjoy the peace of nature, go fishing, hiking, sit on the terasse or simply read a book. Bergen is 30 min drive by car, bus availabe 1 km walk from the house. I speak English, German and Norwegian.

"With a view to the sea" is the name of our rental flat. It is situated in Skuteviken, one of the old historical areas close to the city of Bergen. Our house is a private family house, built in 1875, and has a lovely view to the fjord and the sea entrance of Bergen. You can sit outside in the evenings and watch the sunsets from the Terrace just outside the flat. You can easy walk to the city center or to the mountain from our house.
