Resarö is located in the municipality of Vaxholm, which is also called the capital of the archipelago. One advantage is that Resarö has a real road to the mainland, i.e. you can travel by car, bus or bike without the need for a ferry. Communications to Stockholm and Vaxholms Stad are good, there are buses almost around the clock. If you are coming from Arlanda Airport (ARN) it takes about 45 minutes by taxi. The property is set in a lush garden with animals, nature and the sea on the doorstep. Swimming pier in the Baltic Sea is about 200 m from the house.

The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. The house was built in 2022 and has all the amenities you can imagine.
