The home was very clean and spacious. It was also very close to the Main Street

The accommodation was so nice, needless to say. I was especially worried because the hot spring was outdoors, but I was satisfied with the cool breeze in the evening and the hot tub, so I was relieved of all fatigue. It was nice to cook at the accommodation, and the bedding was all clean and fluffy, so I slept well. I intend to visit again if I come to Yufuin next time😀 And it was late, but I contacted the host because it was an emergency, and I was sincerely grateful for the quick response and help.🙇‍♀️

We enjoyed our stay at Fumio's house immensely. The house was immaculate and very comfortable and from a top room we hd a view of the sea! A mere 15-minute walk took us to Kannawa station and old Beppu. Fumio is an incredibly polite host, very attentive and all in all our stay was an utter delight. He showed our kid his garden/field and let him taste some of the produce ("Best tomatoes ever!'). Can highly recommend.

Absolutely loved this place! The private onsen was amazing—peaceful, clean, and so relaxing. The room was cozy and well-kept, and the host was super kind. A perfect little escape. Would definitely stay again!

This stay was the perfect fusion of traditional Japanese charm and modern comfort. The home was beautifully designed, thoughtfully blending Japanese heritage elements with contemporary touches. It was fully prepared for our kids, making the stay smooth and stress-free. We also loved how convenient it was, just a short walk to Lawson or drive to nearby attractions like Rakutenshi and restaurants. The host was exceptionally warm, welcoming us ensuring we had everything we needed. A truly memorable and heartwarming experience! Thank you again for the kind and warm hospitality!

Definitely great location and comfortable stay. I would consider coming back to this location when I come back to visit Yufuin. It was walkable from Yufuin bus terminal/ train station. Sound proof was little bit weak between the wall but visitors, including ourselves, try to keep it quiet and calm. So, it wasn’t too bad. Water at hot spring bath was so great!

We had a wonderful time in Beppu. Close to the train station but quiet, the accommodation allows you to rest. There are restaurants nearby and large shopping centers, to satisfy all pleasures. It is also close to buses to go to the onsens.

Great Airbnb! Very tidy, had all the amenities you need, beds were comfortable, lots of space and great location. Literally 2min walk to the train station which has a family mart located inside and super market within walking distance. The car park is easy to access also. Overall great stay!! Beppu is totally worth visiting and has so much to do in locations close by. Some things to note: Although the instructions were good, check in was a bit time consuming and difficult navigate at times felt like the amazing race or something similar, but the host response was quick. There is also a camera inside of the room, pointing at the front door. There is a picture of where the camera is facing, but something to be aware of depending on your comfort level. We weren’t sure if they can also hear audio through the camera but it’s seems very clear and transparent of why it’s placed there (security). However a camera outside would still do the job. We would stay here again :)

Our stay was wonderful. The property was clean, exactly as described, and the great location made exploring easy. We especially appreciated the convenient parking lot. Communication with Tony was excellent; they were incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Very well-equipped, very clean and quiet accommodation. The access instructions are clear, and a supermarket is less than a minute's walk away! So we had a nice stay there.

Conveniently located next to a large supermarket, suitable for simple food at home.The washing machine is a big drying effect and can wash the whole family's clothes for one day at a time.

Large and spacious room, helpful and friendly host. The room was really clean and also had a tv which had netflix. They provided many bath and hand towels which was nice. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby and the bus stop was close, however the bus frequency was quite infrequent. Would recommend this place :)

We had a great stay here! The location is very convenient—just a short walk to lots of great restaurants and shops, and an easy drive to all the main attractions in Beppu. Having free parking was a big plus, and the space was really easy to get in and out of. The apartment itself was spotless and had everything we needed for our family of four. It felt comfortable and well-equipped for our stay. The host was very responsive and accommodating, especially with the parking arrangements. Bonus highlight: the view of Beppu Tower from the tatami room window was amazing—such a nice surprise! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Beppu.

This farmhouse is a very relaxing and beautiful place! We loved to just chill there in the evening and enjoy the tranquility of slow life.

I was worried when I first traveled to Bingbu, but I was able to travel very comfortably because it was close to the train station. I traveled during Christmas, and I was really grateful for the Christmas cake that the host prepared. There were a lot of restaurants around the accommodation, so I went out to eat, and it was a little down the street from Toki Department Store, so it was good for shopping. I think it would be a good choice if you are preparing for a trip to Bingbu.

Just a perfect flat, everything what you need wirh good Connections to the center! The onsen was very relaxing and Together with the sauna a perfect spa retreat for The night :) i can fully recommend it :)!

The room is spacious and very comfortable. It has everything you need. It should add a clothes hanger and a place to put your toiletries in the bathroom.

I had a wonderful time. Seigo is very friendly and helpful and even invited me to a small tour of the old town. A wonderful opportunity for me to learn more about the area and practice my Japanese. The place is very nicely renovated and feels right at home. As usual for Japan, all rooms are a little narrow and not highly insulated. I was in the place for a week and the only guest on several days, it felt like the whole house belonged to me.
