El apartamento de Felipe es mucho más grande de lo que se evidencia en las fotos, muy cómodo, moderno, muy bonito, tranquilo y muy bien ubicado, a pocas cuadras del parque del Peñón, donde se encuentra una gran cantidad de lugares con excelente propuesta gastronómica. En la noche el sector es muy tranquilo, no muy transitado y adecuado para el descanso. Altamente recomendado para largas y cortas estancias. Felipe es muy amable, un súper host! Recomendado 100%

Cute little Studio. Comfortable bed. Location was close to many places that you can walk to. I love that there is security patrolling the area all day. The home is also gated. Made us a little more at ease. Overall satisfied.

Me encanto la estadia en Biflora Park el apto coincide con la descripción ofrecida, muy organizado cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estadia agradable, el entorno es muy tranquilo,seguro,muy cercano al Supermercado Exito La Flora,restaurantes,sitios de interes, zona verde, en realidad mi experiencia fue maravillosa en todo sentido, lo recomiendo 100 %.

Todo muy bonito, el apartamento, el sector y la atención del host. Tal como se muestra en las fotos, todo funcionaba a la perfección. El Check in y Out, poco flexibles.

Like everyone else had mentioned in their reviews, Juan Carlos is a fantastic host. Super friendly from the get go, very polite and professional. He set us up for success 100%! The property is outstanding. The balconies are super cute and very useful, the layout is great and spacious, AC keeps the place cool but best of all was the shower. We came for a wedding and all of our friends were staying in other hotels around the area but when they saw the Airbnb, it became the meet up spot because of how well located it is. Domingo (best modern restaurant in Cali imo) is right around the corner, La Linterna just down the street, Gente Común and Criollan Lovers just two blocks away and, Coffee Shops? Choose a different one everyday because there’s a ton to explore. Juan Carlos has all the recommendations for you and I can confidently say you will be in the best hands if you stay in this property. Only recommendation: Bring earplugs if you sleep light, Cali streets are full of life.

The apartment is beautifully decorated and well-equipped. The view of the city is gorgeous. It's a very safe location. The building also offers beautiful and well-equipped common areas such as the pool and gym. Highly recommended!

This place was such a dream for our stay in Cali! From the moment we booked, Jair was extremely helpful, responsive and communication was always easy. The house is in a lovely area - walkable to many restos, cafes and attractions and dance schools, has all the amenities for a cozy long term stay, extremely clean and Jair goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable. I casually had asked Jair if a kettle was available, and he ordered one for us the next day, which was extremely kind and just added to the great experience already. It truly feels like a home away from home :) If you work remotely, the internet was great - no issues at all during our stay and the desk area is wonderful. Thank you Jair for your hospitality, kindness and this is one of the best places I have stayed at! Don’t miss your chance to stay here!

Had a wonderful time at Samuel’s. The location was perfect close to everything from a barbershop to endless restaurants and nightlife and so on. The apartment is gorgeous and Samuel was very responsive. I barely hit send and he was already texting back. Thank you Samuel

Habitación con todo lo necesario! Iluminada, cama cómoda, el aire acondicionado funcionó perfecto. Personal de la recepción respetuoso y atento. Tiene piscina , sauna y gimnasio! Recomendado 100%. Para llegar en Uber o Didi es mejor colocar el nombre del edificio y no la dirección.

The room was nice my only issue was the jacuzzi took along time for the water to get warm like 45 minutes
