Large vacation home

House of 190 m² located 15 minutes from the federal equestrian park. It consists on the ground floor of a large living room with a pretty bar and pellet insert (bags provided), fitted kitchen, large bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet. Upstairs, there are 5 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a toilet. The shaded courtyard will allow you to relax, eat for families or groups of friends. Only electric barbecues are allowed but not provided.

In the heart of the forest, discover the tranquility of the "Les girolles" gîte on our 1.8 hectare estate, with our main residence and the "Les bolets" gîte. Nearby, the Loire Valley castles, "Les Bruyères" Center Parc, Lamotte-Beuvron equestrian park, the Pôle des Étoiles in Nancay and the Beauval Zoo Park. Ideal for a getaway or vacation, relax in the heated pool from mid-June to mid-September, and also enjoy the petanque court for convivial moments.
