Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Proximity to the ski slope and high position overlooking Yxsjön! Here is the swimming area with jetty just in front of the house. And ski tracks/exercise tracks just around the corner. About 40 minutes drive to Säfsen, about 1 hour drive to Romme Alpin and 20 minutes to Fjällberget. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay next to Lake Rämen. Close to Gyllbergen nature reserve with hiking trails and a convenient distance to Romme Alpin. In the area, there are nice nature trails and a swimming area. The cottage has access to its own rowing boat and sauna. Two bedrooms, one has a 180 cm wide double bed (2 x 90) with full bed mattress and the other has a bunk bed where the upper bed is 80 cm wide and the lower bed is 120 cm wide, which makes it possible for two people to sleep there.

Alpine or cross-country skiing in close driving proximity.

The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

Majsans Stuga

Maisans Stuga ist ein kleines aber feines Häuschen. Es liegt idyllisch direkt am Wasser und nahe der Straße 233. Du kannst in dem See baden, angeln, in der umgebenden Natur wandern, Fahrrad fahren, auf der Veranda direkt am See lesen oder einfach nur den Ausblick genießen und die Seele baumeln lassen. In Kloten, ca. 10 km entfernt gibt es die Möglichkeit Kanus oder Fahrräder zu leihen. In Kopparberg ca. 12 km entfernt sind gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Restaurants, Museen,...

Huset har en stor terrass med grill, matgrupp och piltavla. Missa inte ett härligt bad i den vedeldade badtunnan med plats för 5-6 pers. I närheten har du paintboll, gokart & älgsafari, långfärdsskridskor, äventyrsbana ,tennisbana, längdskidor, hyra av kanot eller kajak. Ställbergs Rökeri där du kan köpa närproducerad rapsolja, honung och rökt fisk. Ca 20 min bort finns en mindre skidanläggning, Fjällberget. 1 timme till Romme! 10 min med bil till Djäkens badplats med sandstrand.

Välkommen till vår mysiga timmerstuga — en rofylld plats för avkoppling och äventyr! Här finns 8 bäddplatser fördelat på 2 sovrum samt ett litet loft med 2 bäddplatser. Det finns en lillstuga under sommartid med 2 bäddar som kan hyras mot en avgift på 350 kr/dygn. Städning mot avgift. Sängkläder/handdukar mot avgift. Stugan har stor veranda med fantastisk sjöutsikt. Gångavstånd till badplats med sandstrand. Upptäck museum, fik, gokart, Spa, fisketurer, skidor utför/ längd.

Here you live in a cozy timber house from 1909 with modern amenities. Walking distance to Ludvika's range of shops and restaurants. In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 minutes away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half-day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license SEK 50/day.

Fully equipped main house with 3 bedrooms. Additionally 1 small house available with 4 beds. It is very quiet and peaceful here and you will see the sheep and horses graze near the house.
