Free parking along the street.

Lovely house with garden close to Amsterdam

In the old characteristic Broek in Waterland near the church, in a newly built barn behind the farm. Featuring private access (self check-in) a split level with sleeping area and garden area. On the ground floor (24 m2) is a living room with sofa, kitchenette with fridge, two hotplates, dining area and separate bathroom. On the loft is the bedroom with a double bed, plenty of closet space and a clothing rack. Good WiFi available. There are two bikes (Veloretti) for rent (10,- per bike per day)

The station, supermarkets, drugstore, bakery and restaurants are only a minute's walk away. The neighborhood of this guesthouse is really equipped with every comfort. The accommodation built in 2020 has a separate shower and toilet downstairs and upstairs a living/bedroom. There is no cooking facility or outdoor space.

Enjoy the inner city and come home in a peaceful place, or have a drink at the terras of Ysbreeker. Sleeping positions: 1 bedroom and in the main room there's a sofa bed, ( let me know if you want to use this) kitchenette, tv. Just out of the crowded touristic area, near museums & restaurants. With pride and pleasure, I rent out a 2-person garden suite in my country house, separate from my house in Heemstede, including use of a private bathroom (completely renovated in Dec 2022). There is free parking on the premises and there is a private terrace. Heemstede Aerdenhout station is across the street where you can rent bicycles (max. 20 minutes cycling to Zandvoort, 10 minutes cycling to Haarlem!). 23 minutes by train to Amsterdam. Relax in this peaceful, stylish outdoor room.

Studio on houseboat on the outskirts of Amsterdam

I would like to welcome you to my unique location in the middle of the countryside of Waterland. Just 15 minutes from the city center of Amsterdam, and a stone's throw from picturesque Broek in Waterland, lies my houseboat. To reach the yard, use a small ferry to cross the Broekervaart. The ferry is, by the way, private property, and is only used by my guests.
