If you want to spend a few days without the noise of the city, but be near of the city, you are on the right place. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). You can park your car next to our house. Old town is away from my place about 20 minutes slowly walking. After a walk to the town or the beach you can find the peace of paradise in our garden. Also we recommend to visit our National parks. So, welcome and feel like at home :)

Villa Roza is a new building located in the quiet town of Debeljak, 4 km from the sea and the beach, 5 km from the airport and 15 km from Zadar. On the property of 1000 m2 there is a villa area with an outdoor heated swimming pool, an outdoor jacuzzi, a soccer field, a children's playground, an outdoor fireplace, an open and covered terrace, a playground and a parking with two parking spaces.

A cca 30m2 unique guest house/tavern next to our apartment villa. Detached from the villa itself, featuring an inside fireplace, A/C, kitchen, a sofa that folds out into a bed for 2 people (+ 1 extra bed if needed), a dining table and a small bathroom. There is also a table/chairs in front of the guest house as well, serving as a small terrace in the garden!
