Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Zagarolo

Stefano was a wonderful host! Multiple suggestions for food or anything else. He takes pride in his property and wants you to have a wonderful experience. Would absolutely stay here again. Right near the Metro, Vatican and shopping. So convenient to everything. Had a wonderful family vacation.

The views are breathtaking. The area is perfectly walkable to almost all the big archeological sites and good food. The apartment was huge, the kitchen was perfect. The air conditioning units don’t really work effectively, it was hot without the windows open at night. There was someone playing live music and singing downstairs right outside the colosseum every night which we loved.

We loved our stay at Lio’s place! The apartment is exactly as pictured, highlighted by a big, beautiful kitchen and huge windows that let tons of natural light into the main sitting room. All rooms (sitting room and bedrooms) have shutters to make them dark for when you want to sleep. Beds are super comfy and the washer/dryer were so helpful keeping our kids’ clothes clean. The location is terrific - in a safe and walkable neighborhood. Easy access to get around all of Rome but particularly convenient to Vatican City. Most importantly, Lio is a wonderful host! Super responsive, greeted us on arrival, and even helped settle our luggage into the flat. Couldn’t imagine a kinder host :) We hope we’re lucky enough to stay with Lio again if we’re ever in Rome. What can I say that hasn't been said by others about what a kind, fun and well-organized host Cristiana and her dynamic husband Raffaele are. Nothing but compliments to them both. As for the apartment (Dimora del Borgo) in Fiumicino, it is a beautiful, well-located and impeccably clean place. Cristiana was proactive and helped us organize our transfers from Rome Termini to the apartment and thenthe next morning from the apartment to the Fiumicino airport. Raffaele, who drove us, was punctual, funny, and very helpful. Cristiana also facilitated things by having everything we needed for a breakfast in the apartment so we could save time and be ready for pour departure. This included milk, jam, toast and a much appreciated Nespresso machine with frother. Great experience and would not hesitate in staying there again. Grazie Cristina et cari saluti a Raffaele!

Wow, we had a WONDERFUL time, the apartment is beautiful and spacious (for Rome). Perfect location for easy access to shopping, taxi stands, local sites. Stefano was a perfect host. He accommodated our early check in request, was proactive, and checked in on us during our stay to see if we needed anything. He also arranged an airport pick up and drop off for us. I've stayed at many AirBnBs but this one was one of the best. I highly recommend it. Thank you Stefano!

Luigi's place was the perfect location for our family of five. Central and within walking distance to everything you want to see. You can practically see the Pantheon as soon as you walk out the door! Clean, all the amenities you could want, and best of all a host who is enthusiastic about making sure you and your family have all you need to get the most out of your trip to Rome!

Lovely apartment that looks just like its photos, set in an area where we felt safe. Air conditioner was great which was a plus as it was 36c when I was there. Great showers. A good 8 minute walk to the closest metro station, Barberini, and walking distance to a lot of things. My husband and I made use of e-bikes/e-scooters to save us from the walk in this heat to get to nearby shops and attractions like the Trevi Fountain.

Loved our stay at Margrethe's amazing flat with views, style and peace of mind. Felt lucky to stay there with such incredible aspects over both sides of Trastevere. Street is very busy downstairs but double glazing worked a treat. Balcony delightful in the evening. Cobblestone tricky for those not use to them in this part of Trastevere. Lift never failed us and was necessary too so no problems at all with that. AC good too. Amazing thank you Kate and Stephen

Simonetta's house is very cozy, clean and tidy. It is located in a quiet area, where there is still a small shopping center and a bus stop. We had a great time at this Airbnb ☺️

Such a beautiful place with a kind and responsive host! Alessandro provided us a very quiet spot that was a great place to rest in between busy travels. He also let us store our bags past check out which was super helpful. he was not kidding about having a car being the best for this location, especially if you are looking to get places at certain times. We learned that the hard way instead of listening to his original recommendation 😅 if you are looking for a peaceful place off the beaten path with no strict schedule, this is the perfect spot!

A big thank you to Elvin and his friend for their exceptional hospitality! They are lovely, caring hosts! Elvin is wonderfully good at taking care of us, he has made our task a lot easier on many things, and is always available if needed. It felt like home as soon as we arrived. The accommodation is charming, clean and perfectly in line with the description. A truly beautiful encounter and an address that we treasure! We'll definitely be back, and this time with our daughter! We recommend it without hesitation!

Daniela was a brillant host who was very friendly and first to respond to queries! She greeted me at check in which was very kind and gave me advice! Location of apartment is excellent taking only about 20 minutes to get to center! Metro only about 10 minutes walk - would definitely recommend!

Stylish and cozy home. ACs in every room. Skylights also makes this place perfect. Perfect neighbourhood to walk around and take in the beauty that Rome has to offer. Many restaurants to choose from. Flaviana was amazing to communicate for our arrival and make suggestions on her personal favorite list of cafés, groceries and restaurants.

We loved our stay at Simone’s. Great space, easy bus access. Lovely garden for aperitivo. One button wash/dry machine for clothes was nice. Great A/C and wifi. Fresh fruit! Can’t wait to go back.

Lots of good things to say about this place. It’s about 5 min walk to the Colosseum, with several good restaurants in the area and amenities. And it’s well connected to other parts of the city. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the apartment was bigger than I expected. Stefano and Francesca were great hosts, always responsive and super helpful - gave us recommendations and were quick to help us whenever we needed. They also surprised us with a lovely bottle of wine for my husband’s birthday. I would certainly go back for our next visit to Rome.

Very central to restaurants and main attractions. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. The rooftop balcony added the perfect Italian flair to late night evenings! We highly recommend staying here when in Rome.

I had a wonderful stay at Marianna’s beautiful duplex flat in Rome. The apartment was exactly as described, stylish, clean, and very comfortable. What really stood out was Marianna’s responsiveness; she answered all of my questions promptly and was always helpful throughout my stay. Her communication made everything smooth and easy. Giordano’s place was clean and very well appointed. Check in was a breeze! We very much enjoyed our stay here. It was not too far from the Colosseum, but the trip to the Vatican City was quite a far walk. I would suggest taking the metro line if you are going up that way. Overall, loved our stay!
