This magnificent two-bedrooms apartament is inside of a renovated building where traditional architectural elements had been conserved such as exposed wooden beams on its high ceiling and "ostionera" stones, typical from old city of Cádiz. Upon entering the apartment, we have access to the spacious and bright living room, furnished with high-quality furniture and design elements, with a modern fully equipped open kitchen. Both sides of the living room we find the two independent bedrooms, both have completed en suite bathrooms with shower, double beds wich measures are 1.80 x 2.00 and integranted Tv. One of them also has a reading table. The whole apartament is exterior with four balconies facing General Luque street, which is few metres away from the most famous comercial streets in Cádiz, like San Francisco and Culumela and steps away from the main monuments and atractions of Cádiz historic centre. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**. During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

El apartamento de playa, muy luminoso, y magníficas vistas al Faro de Trafalgar y a la Bahía del Cabo Trafalgar. Está a sólo 20 metros de la playa y a diez minutos a pie del parque natural de la Breña. Está situado en el Bajo de un pequeño grupo de apartamentos de tres plantas. Consta de salón, cocina americana, dos habitaciones y una terraza con vistas al mar. Siendo este un lugar donde los continentes se enfrentan, al otro lado del mar pueden verse claramente Marruecos y las luces de Tánger.

Hola!! Os recomendamos venir a nuestro apartamento. Es bonito y acogedor, bien decorado y confortable. Las camas son muy amplias y comodas. En cuanto a la playa, la mejor del mundo...arena fina y aguas cristalinas.
