Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

The Bovenstede is located in the front house of a historic farm where the authentic atmosphere is combined with modern comfort. The bedroom can easily be split into two separate rooms thanks to pivoting doors, ideal for both couples and a family.

In our studio, you surround yourself with comfort and a homey atmosphere. The studio is equipped with a kitchen, toilet and shower. Located on the outskirts of Zwolle, and yet a short distance from the city center. The studio is easily accessible via its own entrance. In about 15 minutes, you can cycle or drive to the cozy center of Zwolle. Stadshagen train station is only a 9-minute walk away, with direct train connections to Zwolle Centraal (4 min.) and Kampen (7 min.).

Parking for one car is available. This apartment will be located in the downstairs floor of the boathouse. Be awared that the boat is divided into two living units that independent from each other will functionate (with every unit having his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom).

Welcome to 't Sinkhofje, where everything is available for a few wonderful days. Through a private entrance, you can reach the kitchen and the small but comfortable living room. On the first floor, you will find the bathroom and the bedroom with two single box springs. Outside on your own terrace, you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun.
Our cottage is within walking distance of the beautiful IJssel. The old town of Zwolle can be reached in fifteen minutes by bike.
