The house is beautiful and just as described. Alex met us in person when we arrived and showed us around. He was responsive throughout our visit when we had questions, and prepared delicious food for the meals we had prearranged, plus a gorgeous fresh ceviche. Alex also connected us with a captain in Punta Allen for a really wonderful half-day outing with crocodile, manatee, sea turtle, and dolphin sightings plus lots of birds, fish, a little snorkeling. The road to Tulum is in better condition than we expected. The seaweed was as noted in the booking, but the nearby beach is an easy trip and beautiful. We had a great, relaxing week. Thank you!

Great communication:) Very clean accommodation and free bike available

We really liked our stay at this place. Just be aware that you live in an evolving area. Also you need a bicycle/scooter or car to get around. The size of the flat isn't that big but totally OK for two people. The little balcony with the hammock is nice to chill in the evening or when you want to have a smoke. Also the little pool on the rooftop is good for a cool down after the gym in the morning. If I come back to Tulum I will definitely come back to this place!

Impeccable! Very nice apartment, in a lively neighborhood with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, but also very quiet. The apartment is as in the photos, well equipped with everything you need for a great stay. We immediately liked the pool. The concierge staff are super friendly. Gustavo was available to us all the time and gave us solutions to small problems very quickly, flawless. A place to come back.
