You will experience a real vacation feeling as if you are far away from the inhabited world. But, if you step outside, you will be within walking distance of all the nice restaurants, shops, coffee shops and cafes that Burgundian Breda is rich in. A bicycle is also available in consultation. And if you also give "our Annie" some attention, she or one of her sisters will reward you with a delicious fresh egg!

Less than 2 kilometers and you are in the heart of Breda. 500 meters from the center of Ginneken and a shopping center 80 meters away. Ideal for holidays, (romantic) weekend getaway and suitable for children and the disabled. A spacious garden, large kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a cozy living room with fireplace. The sofa can be used as a double bed, but the most pleasant stay is with 5 people + 1 baby. Plenty to do for young and old!

Begane grond 35 m2, verdieping met inpandig balkon 25 m2. Complete keuken en badkamer, zeer snelle wifi, moderne smart TV, alle winkels vlakbij en binnen 8 minuten ben je op de grote markt van Breda. Makkelijk bereikbaar met openbaar vervoer vanaf station. Parkeren auto is mogelijk op eigen terrein naast het huis voor 5 euro per dag.

The stylish decor and the beautiful place guarantee a wonderful stay. The owners live in the other part of the farm.
