Bungalow holiday rentals in Zanzibar

Had a lovely stay. Everyone including staff and front desk were very friendly and always checking up on me to make sure I was okay. Food was very tasty, and drinks were delicious. Lots to do in the area about 30 - hour drive , if you request a driver or tour guide.. excluding safaris and going into different towns. Can’t wait to visit again !

Thank you for the nice days at "Mbuyuni beach village"! We had a very nice time without questionable corona measures. For nature lovers who are looking for the typical Zanzibar and do not want to celebrate the western luxury, Mbuyuni is ideal. For the possibilities and conditions in Jambiani in Zanzibar, the organization, the food, the cleanliness and everything else is really very good! We would love to come back! Unfortunately, the beach section is a bit unfavorable for bathing because dead coral rock is disturbing. For bathing you have to walk a few minutes.. . Denise’s place is so beautiful beautiful full of creativity once you get inside don’t be fooled by the bland surroundings. The rooms are newly constructed with a beautiful touch of decor giving that peaceful vibes.I enjoyed my stay. she is also a lovely host recommended places to go to and even went above and beyond to give us a ride around town.

We had a wonderful stay at Othman's home. It was the perfect peaceful retreat after our safari. It is very close to the beach and has its own beautiful garden. Othman is a very welcoming host and has many recommendations for both the local area and other parts of Zanzibar.

The place is absolutely beautiful and peaceful! Very kind staff. I will definately recommend and will most likely return soon. Can’t get enough of promised land lodge!

Amazing place for a holiday! A little piece of paradise in Zanzibar. Staff were top class and very helpful and full of information. Special mention to Benny, Milker and Glory. Would 100% recommend this boutique hotel to anyone.

I was here for workation for one week, and needed AC, a table, a chair and power sockets. It was a very nice place with friendly staff. Every morning I got breakfast delivered to my porch, pancakes, jam, fruit and coffee/tea. Thanks it was a nice week :)

We spent 3 nights at Mount Zion Lodge and enjoyed every minute of it. The cute minimalistic but very clean lodge offered everything we needed, even extra sheets and towels were provided. The whole team was very friendly! The rent of a scooter with helmets was easy and quick - just plan a day ahead ;) Highly recommended. Price-Performance was top!

The place was great, you can clearly see it is still very new since everything is clean and without any sign of use. We really liked the spacious room and private pool.

This place is amazing! The grounds are beautiful (I found myself often sitting outside taking in the beauty of the space) , the rooms are spacious and the location is prime! The staff is extremely helpful and nice. The internet is good and the bathroom is spacious as well. The location is a short distance from places to eat and access to the beach (~20 min walk or 5 min via motorbike). Also the shared kitchen is great if you’re wanting to cook, very well supplied and spacious. If you’re looking for a solid and peaceful place to stay, this is the place.

Airbnb was as it was in the photos, the garden was incredibly beautiful, the beach is 15 minutes away on foot, we had problems with the Wi-Fi in our apartment, it did not connect well, we had fans and air conditioning which was great, maybe there could have been some extra blankets, but overall it was very good to be there, thank you Eva

Ayub the caretaker was the best,he arranged all my travel with no worries, arranged someone to cook for us ,he is very honest. I will definitely book again.

THE most beautiful little bit of hidden paradise, fabulous food on site as well as lots of beach huts and other hotels within walking distance. The pool, bar and house were fantastic. The hosts couldn’t do enough for us. The breakfast is great! Make sure to check their insta as the pictures on here don’t do it justice. They have a lady that can visit and do spa treatments and I had the best Swedish massage I have ever had. I couldn’t recommend this place enough for the chill out vibes. The perfect ending to our holiday and we look forward to coming again with more family and friends. We arrived as strangers and left as friends. Thank you again

The accommodation is exactly as described and really close to the beach. staff from the restaurant were very helpful and Aloha gave us a lot of recommendations for what to do. A cute place and great low budget option. 🤗
