Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Západočeský kraj

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, cozy, and perfectly appointed. Especially the cafe right next door is a highlight – for Airbnb guests, Carmen even opens outside of regular times. There was a short delay at check-in, but she sweetened us with two free ice cups. The next morning, she gave us cappuccino and cake with the words: “You've already paid enough for the place.“ This warmth runs through the entire stay. The lovingly designed guest book contains all the important information – from doctors to leisure tips. The rabbits on the farm are a nice extra. We were particularly impressed that Carmen actively asked for feedback on departure to improve her service. This attitude absolutely suggests that she is a passionate host and wants to give everyone a great time. Secret tip: Email Carmen before booking;)

There's nothing wrong with it. The place is totally beautiful, super clean, nicely processed (no puff) and everything was really thought of. The decor and decor is stylish and not cluttered. It makes you feel right at home. A very clear recommendation. We'll be back!

Romantic house in beautiful location. We loved it!

We had a great week in the apartment and felt completely comfortable! The apartment is surprisingly spacious – it looks even bigger in real life than in the pictures – and also the garden is really big, which was great for playing football together, for example. A highlight was definitely the jacuzzi, which we had a lot of fun. From the house you can start directly to hikes, but we also took a trip to the small Arbersee and took a beautiful tour there. In general, it is helpful to arrive by car because it makes it simply more flexible in terms of activities. The communication with the landlords was consistently great – friendly, straightforward and fast. Overall we had a really nice time and can only recommend the place!

We had a great short break in Ziegenrück. We liked the house even better in person than in the photos. The play and relaxation options in the garden leave nothing to be desired. Although the neighbors are not far away, the garden is private behind green hedges. We particularly liked that every detail was well thought out and every smallest space was used sensibly. Above all, the furnishings of the kitchen leave nothing to be desired. The beds were very comfortable, our son grabbed the bunk and slept blissfully in it. We have nothing to complain about and recommend the accommodation without reservation!

A quiet home near Prague. Perfect for a familiy weekend to chillout and see some new places

The cottage is very nicely furnished, in a small village where it is incredibly quiet. Gas grill, kitchens equipped with induction, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, just great. The hot tub and bathrooms are clean. Wood ready by the hot tub. The heater could use a shade from the road, but there's so little traffic that it didn't matter so much. Overall, we were happy, everything was in perfect order.

The accommodation was really beautiful – clean, quiet and with a fantastic view. The location is ideal, you can reach everything quickly and at the same time relax wonderfully. I felt very comfortable and can absolutely recommend the stay. Gladly again!

This place exceeded our expectations ! We were extremely satisfied. The house is fully equipped as if you were at home. Everything is clean, beautiful, and fine-tuned to the last detail. The price is higher , but it matches the quality. Thank you!

The place was great, even nicer than in the photos. It was very clean and tidy. Bedrooms were lovely. We had someone come by twice a day and heated up. If someone now wonders if there may be any hot water at times or if the accommodation gets cold, I can give an all-clear. It was never cold, we always had hot water ( 13 people, including 4 children). The lady who came to heat up was very friendly and always trying very hard not to stand out. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean. All in all, we were more than thrilled. It couldn't have been better. We enjoyed the stay and would love to come back at any time. The place was excellent. The house was large and offered many opportunities for relaxing together. We were 13 people and we all found a nice place. The door lock needs to be replaced, but that's the only drawback.

We were so happy with everything. The place is beautiful, clean, cozy and mega big. The area is super quiet, you can relax there very well. We had everything you could need in a place. Katrin is super sweet and immediately helped if you wanted to know something or needed something. You immediately feel comfortable in this accommodation and we were really sad when we had to leave again. We will certainly come back.

All wonderful as described. (Interior) architecturally very high quality designed, attention to detail (without being overloaded). Mini notes (it should be emphasized again: in total everything very good [!], for the sake of completeness in terms of value for money, but at least mentioned): The outdoor spa area is quite open from all sides (no problem for us, but some may be uncomfortable). The hot tub must be heated up with wood. Technically easy to implement, but depending on outside temperature and previous water temperature, it takes an extremely long time (>2h) without being able to reach the required water temperature (so you can also withstand at least half an hour without freezing); furthermore, the air pump of the bubble function is so loud that you can only talk very loudly... Sleeping area under Dachfirst -> certain physical mobility of the tenants required! :-) Thanks for hosting!!

Perfect break! The accommodation was simply fantastic - everything was clean, stylishly furnished and well equipped. Especially the hot tub and sauna made our stay unforgettable – pure relaxation! The hosts were very friendly and everything worked smoothly.

A very nice and cozy cottage – we felt comfortable from the first moment and settled in right away. The check-in was very quick and easy. On the day of departure, we also briefly met the landlords. In the brief encounter, they seemed very friendly and interested. We particularly liked that they actively asked us for suggestions for improvement. We can absolutely recommend the cottage!

We were Extremely happy to be There. The Contact, the Communication and all other Related Things where Almost Perfect. The location looked exactly as described and shown on the pictures. We arrived and directly felt like home. Everything was clean. We are almost sure that we will return sooner or later. Thank you for everything!

It's hard to do justice in a review of the listing. The house is truly unique. Absolutely lovingly restored. Everything is extremely high quality. Attention was paid to quality and details. We walked through the house with an open mouth. I like to cook and say: the kitchen is absolutely perfectly furnished. Not only is nothing missing, but the pots, pans and electrical appliances are also absolutely high quality. Highligt: the sauna. If you want, you could also use a hot tub. The mattresses and ceilings are great. I slept wonderfully. And last but not least: Felix is an absolutely great host: quick responses, very good tips, hints, etc. Ideal for a family reunion. There were eight of us. A clear recommendation. We felt comfortable from the beginning. Tip: on Friday, a butcher's wagon is right in front of the old school. Here you can buy good barbecues. All other days, the provianter in cribs is great.

An absolute insider tip for anyone who appreciates peace and nature! We spent three days in the Tiny House in an apple orchard in the Czech Republic - and it was simply fantastic. As soon as you arrive, you can feel the complete tranquillity: no houses in sight, just green meadows, cows in the pasture and a direct view of nature through the large windows. The Tiny House was super clean and perfectly equipped - everything had been thought of: slippers, rain poncho, wellies, fire bowl with firewood and even skewers for sausages or marshmallows. We were particularly pleased with the bottle of Secco, fresh eggs and yogurt in the fridge - such a lovely gesture! Contact with the host was always quick, friendly and helpful. We would love to come back - a real little break from everyday life!

Beautiful peaceful retreat with great views over rolling hills, everything was super easy and hassle free, property had everything we could need and lots of attention to detail. We felt very at home and will definitely come again.
