They can fully access the house. On the ground floor is the kitchen with extensive furnishings (microwave, kettle, oven, hotplates, coffee pod machine, fridge, cutlery, dishes, toaster, etc.) and dining table with space for 6 people, a living room with large couch and projector (3m wide), as well as the bathroom with shower, large mirror and washing machine. On the upper floor you will find 2 bedrooms each with one double and single bed (only from 4 people, otherwise 1 bedroom). The garden with lounge furniture (only in summer) can of course also be used without restriction. The wifi was undergoing an online test and declared "very fast". Parking is plentiful outside the house. (Free on the street)

Housing in the garden

Accommodation in a garden house is a quiet place in the middle of the village of Bratronice. The cottage is located in a orchard. Close to the cottage are dense forests, rocks, the Berounka River and the castle. The place is perfect for nature trips. The land is fenced, so dogs have nowhere to escape. Parking is on the other side of the garden than the garden house. There are two pubs in the village where only Mon-Fri11am-2pm. Next, there is a grocery store 7am-6pm. The house is heated by underfloor heating.

The NBnB (built in 2019) is located in a quiet and well-kept residential area in Schwandorf. The historical centre and the main station are about 4 by car and about 20 min. on foot. Schwandorf, which is located in the middle of Oberpfälzer Seenland, is surrounded by relaxing nature and rural peace - the world cultural heritage city of Regensburg is only 25 min. away. The nearby lakes offer you a variety of leisure activities, such as hiking, cycling, canoeing, wakeboarding, fishing ect..

Lisa's vacation home on Lake Weißenstadt

Our terraced house Lisa is a 5 minute walk from the Weißenstädter See. I do not live on site, but I can be reached by phone at any time. The property also includes a large carport. For the little ones there is a big stilt house with slide and big Sand playground. Shopping and gastronomy are available in 10 minutes walking. The thermal spa Siebenquell is also within walking distance in a good 15 minutes. Tourist tax from 16 years 1,50€/night.

The apartment after God's gift is an ideal accommodation for families with children, but also for enthusiastic athletes and hiking enthusiasts. Located in the spa town of Jáchymov. Rooms are small but cozy. We do not rent the apartment for day rentals. Capacity up to 8 people. In the summer months, there is a small garden with a seating area and barbecue facilities. Parking is provided for a fee.
