The apartment is just like the photographs, it has everything for a comfortable and relaxed stay. The best thing is the view from the balcony. In addition, the check-in is super easy and communication is very fluid on the part of the tenants. The environment is beautiful and very quiet and safe. I would come back a thousand times.

Excellent place, very clean, tidy, with all the necessary amenities and services, not to mention the unparalleled beautiful view. Host Soledad, very friendly, responds quickly and gives great industry recommendations. In addition, we went with our one year old baby and Soledad arranged the crib next to the bed (you can see that it is a new crib, excellent quality, with impeccable and quality bedding as well), even in the same crib he left a gift for him. I would really recommend this place a thousand times and we will definitely come back.

Beautiful, clean and cozy cabin, it has everything for the stay, very good location, it is very close to Zapallar beach, 15 min walk, while you go all the way along the promenade of the coast, walking quietly. Also very close to restaurant the Chiringuito and the rich empanada of La Caleta. Highly recommended cottage.

Nice house with spectacular panoramic views. Good location with connectivity to exit towards Viña del Mar or Concón. The facilities are very comfortable inviting to rest, a good read or just enjoy the scenery. 100% recommended. Very concerned and friendly host to provide any help that is needed.

The house we rented was very cozy and at the same time had all the spaces of a huge house (A very nice patio, a beautiful and panoramic view of the sea and hills and an exquisite terrace). Hello, Ignacio's house is great, much nicer than what you see in the photos. You have everything for a great stay. The kitchen is super well equipped, excellent grill, very comfortable bathrooms and room. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. Ignacio is always willing to help with whatever you need, he responds super quickly to inquiries, he is proactive, he is super flexible with schedules. Beautiful apartment with a stunning view of the ocean with lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. The bedrooms were comfortable.

We loved our stay here. It's a terrific apartment, beautifully decorated with stunning views of Valparaiso. We enjoyed it so much and were so relaxed, we even decided to order food in one night so we didn't have to leave! When we did go out, the location is unbeatable - close to supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, walking. If you choose not to walk, Uber has no trouble finding the address. Beds are very comfortable and showers are hot. The lovely gentlemen at concierge are super helpful with parking, laundry keys (even small change for the machines!) and general enquiries. They also explained that there is a garbage room on each level so we could easily dispose of bottles, etc. One of my favourite stays in our 7 week trip.

It was a very good experience, in every way! Carlos was always very attentive to any need, showed willingness, and recommended several things in the sector. The apartment is very clean, comfortable, with all the implements, good access, quiet sector, totally recommended!
