Guests can stay in the adjacent veranda, or move to the lawn in the shade of the strawberry tree and enjoy the fabulous view. The Casina is on two floors: on the ground floor there is a kitchen and bathroom, on the upper floor a bedroom and bathroom. The two levels are connected by an external staircase. This building was first used a cannon house and throughout the following years served as a warehouse, a coal pit and an atelier of a renowned local painter.
