A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

The open ground floor with kitchen, living area, dining area, library, guest toilet and terrace invites you to relax. The upper floor houses 3 large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, as well as 1 additional bathroom. In two of the bedrooms, a baby crib or a folding bed for older children can be set up (€10/extra bed/night).

The old farmhouse is a stone's throw away from Lake Voigdehag, picturesquely situated between old chestnut and lilac bushes. The lively harbor of the Hanseatic city is only 5 minutes away by car, and the island of Rügen with its fantastic beaches can be reached in 10 minutes without having to cross the city traffic. The two country-style apartments are spacious and lovingly furnished. In the adjacent half of the house, the hosts live with two children, dog Ella and cat Lotti.

This holiday house, completed in September 2025, is in a quiet location in Stralsund/Devin, not far from the Strelasund. A small swimming beach as well as the spa park with spa house(restaurant) are within walking distance. A bus stop in the immediate vicinity allows convenient excursions to the old town of Stralsund. Southeast of Devin is the nature reserve "Peninsula Devin" and the Devin recreational area was newly created with about 17 km of hiking trails.

For rent is a vacation apartment near Stralsund, city limits 5 km away. The city center is about 10 km away. In 15 minutes you are on the island of Rügen by car. A few years ago, I bought the house with a large orchard meadow, pond and old barn in the middle of the countryside. Since then, I have lived here with my dog, 5 sheep and a few chickens. The rental income helps us to further develop the farm. This year, a cat from the animal shelter also moved into the barn. That's why I can no longer allow dogs in principle.
