The apartment is on the ground floor of a listed villa. The well-known architect Thormann has built the villa for himself about 1860 as a residence. The villa is located in the centre of the old town, 5min walk to the market , train station or the marina worth seeing. As a UNESCO World Heritage City, Wismar offers a fascinating old town with loving cafes to linger. In about 30 minutes you can reach the Baltic Sea beaches Boltenhagen , island Poel or Kühlungsborn.

Comfortable apartment, right near the beach (3-minute walk). Come in and feel good! Just everything freshly renovated and newly furnished for two adults and another sofa bed for two small children or a teenager. Kitchen fully equipped with fully automatic coffee machine, freezer and more (see the whole list of amenities under more info). In the living room and bedroom, good sleep is predestined on the box spring beds or relax in the rain shower.

Timmendorfer beach is only 1 km away and within 10–15 minutes walking distance. With approx. 49 m² of living space, the apartment offers enough space for a comfortable stay – even for longer periods. Our apartment is located in a listed building in the middle of the historic city center, right next to the park, the Fürstenhof and the church of St. George. The entire old town and the harbor are within walking distance. You'll like our apartment because of the coziness, great location, and beautiful views. Our apartment is good for families and couples. If necessary, a second apartment next door can be booked.

The house "Lieblingsplatz" is part of a small ensemble of 4 vacation homes with a common sauna area, which we have embedded in a wonderful, lush garden. For the sauna, you can easily reserve your undisturbed wellness time on site. At approx. 60 m², the house offers 4 guests a feel-good space (+ max. 2 extra beds). Here you will spend relaxing hours! You are welcome to book our bed linen/towel service separately.

The 54 m² apartment is only about 80 m from Zierower beach. From the balcony you can enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea. The living room is comfortably furnished and in the bedroom a 1.80 m wide box-spring bed invites you to sleep in. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bedding is available. You have to bring your own towels.
