We had a wonderful stay with Danijela. She is a great host, very responsive and friendly. We felt right at home. It is a few minute walk to the beach and just a little further for the old town. We highly recommend staying with Danijela. Thank you for having us !

Wir hatten mit unserem Hund eine tolle Zeit in der traumhaften Unterkunft von Vladimir. Die Einrichtung de Hauses ist stilvoll und gemütlich, der eigene Garten mit Pool gepflegt und einfach nur schön - so wie auch schon auf den Fotos sichtbar. Freundlich begrüßt wurden wir von Vladimirs Vater, aber auch mit Vladimir selbst standen wir stets in Kontakt. Wir haben hilfreiche und ausführliche Tipps für unsere Zeit dort (Ausflugsziele, Restauranttipps usw.) erhalten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke! Selbst im Herbst ist diese Unterkunft und dieser Teil Kroatiens einen Besuch wert.

Very calm and cozy place. The bed was really comfortable, and overall we had a pleasant stay. We did find that the dishes weren’t clean enough to use, and there was no soap in the bathroom. But aside from that, everything else was great. I’d recommend it!

Ana und ihr Mann waren sehr nett von Beginn an. Das Haus war wunderschön, besonders der Whirlpool hat es uns angetan. Die Lage ist super, man läuft 5 min zum Supermarkt und 10min zum Strand und hat auch eine tolle Busanbindung nach Zadar. Insgesamt war es ein richtig toller Trip !

La maison est très bien située, face à la mer et à proximité directe du village qui comprend plusieurs restaurants et mini market (à 2 minutes à pied). Elle est très confortable, fonctionnelle et elle dispose de 2 minis jardins de chaque coté de la maison. Selon l'heure, vous choisissez celle qui convient le mieux ! Ll'accueil par Emil a été très chaleureux.

Belle maison accueillante disposant de tout le confort nécessaire. Belle piscine Filip et sa maman sont des hôtes agréables., réactifs et disponibles.

Wir durften vier Tage in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft verbringen und haben uns unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen und wunderbar ruhig – dennoch ist man in nur einer halben Stunde in Zadar, umgeben von traumhaften Olivenhainen. Die Terrasse mit dem großen Grill verleiht den Abenden das gewisse Etwas. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen, auch längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Goran und seine Familie haben ganze Arbeit geleistet – so freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber erlebt man selten. Wir suchten etwas Besonderes, und Goran hat dafür all seine Verbindungen genutzt. Am Abreisetag hat er uns völlig unerwartet überrascht – und unsere Suche damit beendet. 😊 Wow... Wir waren sprachlos und begeistert vom Einsatz der ganzen Familie! ❤️ Ein wunderbarer Ort, um Abende am Grill zu geniessen, in der Nähe von Zadar shoppen zu gehen oder Spaziergänge durch die Olivenhaine zu machen. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen! DANKE

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! Many thanks for a lovely stay!

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

The pool was a definite highlight—beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing in the sun. Everything was spotlessly clean, which made settling in effortless. Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in der Unterkunft - alles war perfekt und wie auf den Bildern und der Beschreibung dargestellt. Super modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das Haus hat alles, was man braucht. Mirjana war immer erreichbar und sehr flexibel beim Checkin und Checkout, einfach toll. Vielen Dank noch einmal für alles!

Das Cottage entspricht zu 100% den gemachten Angaben und Fotos. Ein sehr schöner Rückzugsort, wenn man nicht inmitten des Treibens von z. B. Zadar sein möchte. Die Unterkunft war absolut sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Sanja hat uns als Gastgeberin persönlich in Empfang genommen und uns alles gezeigt. Die Küche hat eigentlich alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Waschmaschine sowie Bügeleisen sorgen dafür, dass man auch zwischendurch mal etwas reinigen kann. Durch das eingezäunte Grundstück super mit Hund, da er sich frei bewegen konnte. Betten sehr bequem, Pool auch von der Größe her absolut ausreichend. Es muss einem bewusst sein, dass man hier immer ein Auto braucht, um einzukaufen oder auswärts essen zu gehen. Die Altstadt von Zadar ist in 20 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar und absolut sehenswert. Gute Restaurants, sehr freundliche und tierliebe Menschen. Generell sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung in alle Richtungen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Un grand merci à nos hôtes : disponibles y compris pour nous accueillir à 1H30 du matin en raison d'un retard d'avion, le tout avec un succulent plateau de charcuterie très bienvenu. Hotes réactifs pour répondre à toutes nos questions et très accommodants. Logement en parfait état avec de très bonnes prestations : aussi bien voir mieux que les photos. Tous les équipements sont à profusion. Pas de voisins ni de vis à vis : idéal pour la piscine FKK... Emplacement idéal pour toutes les visites avec beaucoup de choses à faire et voir dans un rayon d'une heure de route. N'allez pas dans les parcs nationaux (Krka et Plivitce), c'est un piège à touristes : 40 €/personne l'entrée pour randonner sur un chemin aménagé) qu'on ne peut pas quitter, interdiction de se baigner et foule...Si vous voulez voir de superbes gorges et vous baigner gratuitement dans de magnifiques vasques et cascades allez à Omis rivière Cétina de l'autre coté de Split Un excellement séjour pour nous à la villa storia

Our stay in this idyllic location was absolutely wonderful. The villa was pristine and the breathtaking views really made this trip unforgettable. On top of everything else Danijela was a lovely, welcoming and responsive host. We really appreciated all her efforts to make our stay as easy as possible. I would recommend this place to anyone. You'll have a great time.

Valentin was a wonderful host! Probably the best airbnb I ever stayed in. The house is wonderful, the garden is big and the pool perfect. Even the kitchen is perfectly equipped. There weren’t too many fruits left in the garden but we were allowed to eat them and there is also a fire place for a barbecue. I definitely recommend staying here.

Bivanje v APP MamaRoza je bilo čudovito. Zunanji vrt in kuhinja z žarom sta zlata vredna. Elvis nam je bil vedno na razpolago in nam svetoval. Tudi kuža je bil lepo sprejet.

I loved absolutely everything about Karmen’s house. It was comfortable and d cozy. I slept very well and loved looking at the stars out of the sky lights. Karmen and her sister answered any question. Also, the wifi was great and the shower had plenty of hot water. Great location. I will definitely stay again on a future trip to Preko!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment near Zadar. The location is perfect—Sukošan is a beautiful and peaceful place, especially outside the busy season. The apartment was spotless, tidy, and just a short walk from the sea. We really enjoyed the beach—it’s perfect for sunbathing or a relaxing stroll. Our host, the lovely Marina, and her family were absolutely amazing. Marina was incredibly attentive, always quick to respond to our messages, and very thoughtful—she even offered us a late check-out before we had the chance to ask. She was so warm and welcoming throughout our stay. And we can’t forget her adorable dog, Alex—such a cutie! We’d definitely recommend Marina’s place to our friends and would love to come back ourselves.

Cornelis's apartment was so lovely! Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location as restaurants nearby and a short taxi ride from Zadar. Cornelis and Dina were great hosts and gave us lots of recommendations. I would definitely go back here!

Die Anreise lief reibungslos, uns wurden vorher alle notwendigen Informationen zugeschickt. Wir wurden durch die Besitzen in Empfang genommen, welche im Erdgeschoss der Wohnung leben. Uns wurde ganz nett die Wohnung gezeigt und wir haben auch direkt viele Tipps zum einkaufen bekommen. Die Wohnung war super sauber und sah auch aus wie auf den Fotos. Die angegebene Ausstattung war auch vorhanden. Wir hatten auch keine Probleme mit den Vermietern, dass unser Hund (10 Monate alt) manchmal ein wenig lauter war 😅. Die Gegend ist super ruhig, überall findet man nutzbare Liegen und saubere Strände.

Sve ono što smo željeli i zamislili dobili smo boravkom u ovoj prekrasnoj kućici na osami. Jedini zvukovi su pjev ptica i vjetar u krošnjama. Ljubazna Nataša nas je dočekala i uputila u sve sadržaje koje kućica nudi i ako netko dvoji bi li mogao biti na mjestu bez struje i vode, mi bi samo dodali da nam je tri noćenja bilo premalo da izguštamo sve ono što "kućica nema" (kako je opisano na stranici domaćina), a zbog čega smo ju zapravo i odabrali. Predivno mjesto za potpuni zen... hvala domaćinima. Ako bude prilike dolazimo ponovo bez imalo dvojbe... D&D

Bezaubernder Garten in wunderschöner Umgebung direkt am Wasser. Perfekt zum Abschalten und Erholen und man findet immer ein schönes schattiges Plätzchen. Man kann (z.B. in völliger Stille drum herum im Sonnenaufgang) schwimmen gehen, mit dem Boot hinausfahren, am Abend einen gemütlichen Aperitiv am Wasser nehmen und lecker grillen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Toller Blick, besonders vom oberen Appartement. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Nähe, aber man braucht dafür das Auto.
