Wonderful apartment. Nice, spacious and equipped with everything you need. We felt right at home. The place had everything in the description and more. We were with a 1 year old, and he had everything we needed. Beautiful view from the deck. Great communication with the host. She responded right away. During the stay, she even asked us if we needed anything and if everything was okay. There were quite a few snacks left for us to welcome. All in all a great place to spend a holiday there and regret coming home. Thank you and we recommend!

What a wonderful villa! Perfect in every way. The Trogir area was amazing and the locals were so nice. Thank you for having us as your guests. Would 100% recommend both the amazing villa and the area.

Toni and his wife, Paula truly do open their home to guests as this is their home you are fortunate enough to rent which they vacate for the summer to share with visitors. It is clean and comfortable with two bathrooms and great showers and a washer where the sun dries your clothes! The location backs up to the water and a boardwalk which takes you into Old Town Trogir in 5 minutes and also puts you close to tour pick up locations and buses and markets and boat rides and beaches. Toni not only arranged for our transportation from another area of Croatia, but also waited for us outside his house even though it was late at night. He gave us wonderful restaurant recommendations and better than that, he prepared Peka for us, a traditional meal made in a stone oven in his gorgeous backyard where we could try anything that was ripe! He is a funny, generous host who made our experience memorable. Stay here when you travel to Trogir!

5 of use stayed at Borna’s place in split for 3 days and had a wonderful time. The house is cosy with a beautiful view of the bay, located in the national park it is peaceful and refreshing. Borna was very friendly and helpful, check in & out was super easy and I would highly recommend this house to anyone considering! Hope to come back again soon.

Apartment very close to the beach. Easy walk to supermarket (500 mtrs) local bar by lovely beach and clear, blue water (300 mtrs). Ferry from Slatine (taxi ride) to historic Split recommend, also Roman town of Trogir, 10 minutes away. Many fab restaurants, markets and sightseeing. Split Airport about 15 mins from apartment so super convenient. Apartment is comfortable with lovely outside space and reasonably priced.

This is the perfect place if you want to spend your time outside, relaxing in the beach just outside the front door. Toni gave us lots of tips, including recommending a rental car, without which getting to the airbnb would be challenging, and limit your freedom to explore.

This villa is absolutely beautiful! With bedrooms, bathrooms and living rooms across all 3 floors, we had a great time in our large group of 12 people - we all had our own privacy and the multiple common areas were all amazing spaces. The hosts were so lovely and happy to help with all requests, helping us book taxis, recommending restaurants and meeting us to check in and show us around. We loved this villa and area and I hope we can stay again!

BOOK THIS PLACE!! I cannot say enough about Ivan and his lovely home. He met us in the parking space and carried our luggage down the 200 steps to oceanfront paradise! When the brief tour of the house took us outside to the pool, hottub and oceanfront I almost cried. This was exactly what we needed on our vacation and it was better than expected. The house was stocked in every way imaginable, lacked nothing at all. Ivan made sure to leave us a welcome gift of food, wine and all kinds of yummy things. The house was SPOTLESS. Coming in May was so wonderful because we used the pool, ocean and hot tub in constant rotation. We ate our meals outside (there were two places with full 8-person dining tables) and enjoyed every moment here. My daughter's 20th birthday was during our stay and Ivan surprised us with a delicious treat from a local bakery! He also sent occasional local recommendations throughout our stay via message. It was very helpful! We LOVED this stay!!

We were a group of 9 people. The location is fantastic. Very quiet and you can go directly from the villa to the sea. The house was very clean and looked as pictured. The kitchen in the house and also the outdoor kitchen were well equipped and had everything you need. We thought the grill and the pizza oven were great. The house is a bit out of the way. There are no restaurants nearby. However, there are plenty of shopping opportunities and they are easily accessible by car. The house is perfect for relaxing vacations.

This was by far the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in! The entire space was spotless and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and relaxing stay. The property looks even better in person than in the pictures—absolutely stunning! The outdoor kitchen and bathroom were like a dream come true, beautifully designed and perfect for enjoying the surrounding nature. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an exceptional stay. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

⭐️ Perfect Stay in Okrug Gornji – Highly Recommended! We had a fantastic stay at Marina and Ivan’s place! From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming and service-minded—truly wonderful hosts. The apartment is in a perfect location, just a 2-minute walk to the beach promenade, restaurants, and a grocery store. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the boat that runs regularly between Okrug and the charming town of Trogir. Inside, the apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and there's a Smart TV with good Wi-Fi coverage, so you can stream your own apps without any issues. The pool area is simply stunning—clean, relaxing, and a real highlight of our stay. If you're looking for top-quality accommodation with outstanding hosts and a central location in Okrug Gornji, we can warmly recommend this place. I am a little lost for words on how to describe the magnificent property and our hosts. Wonderful people who went WAY beyond expectations to make us feel at home. This property is breathtaking!! I have travelled a lot of the world and there are few places that would rival this house. The decor, the layout, the rooftop pool, the balcony and the beach literally 15m away. One of the most spectacular views I have seen. But again… our hosts Stipe and Ivana a beautiful people and we hope to see them VERY soon ❤️

We had a lovely few days at Igor’s ‘Dreams’ apartment. The view from the roof terrace is amazing! Igor was always available for any advice or recommendations. The apartment is well stocked with all you need for your stay. An easy walking distance from lots of restaurants and a quick walk to the Tommy supermarket and bakery. Our favourite beaches on the south of the island are only a 5-10 minute drive away. With so many beaches to choose from. We would highly recommend a holiday on Ciovo and the Dreams apartment. The house is absolutely stunning and in such a wondeful spot in the bay. We stayed with four friends and had a lovely time. Crystal clear water just a few steps down from the house, large terrace with great views and an ourdoor kitchen. The house is clean and has everything you need. You will need a car to get around but there are shops in close driving distance and a few nice restaurants in walking distance. Tea was really quick to respond and very friendly. We would definitely come back! Thank you, Tea :-)

Great host, friendly, accommodating etc. I managed to chip a plate and he said not to worry about it. When we needed e.g. new sponges/binbags etc host provided them quickly (next day if the request was late evening, same evening if the request was by the afternoon)

It's a great place. The beach is small but on the left side of the houses there is a path with quiet pieces . Sheltered with trees. The water is lovely, clean and clear. Please bring water shoes. We regularly went to eat at restaurant Adria. Trips to Trogir and Split made ,easy to do by car. Thanks again for everything dear Vesna

The apartment looks exactly like the photos and fully matches its description. It was really equipped with a lot of attention to detail and especially in the kitchen you will find everything you could need! We felt right at home! Communication with Marijana went smoothly and she welcomed us in person, as well as gave us many tips for the area. The location of the apartment is unbeatable - you are in the fantastic old town of Trogir in 4 minutes. The courtyard of the apartment is just as beautiful as shown in the photos and often other tourists have stopped to take pictures. (The approach path from Split airport passes directly over the house - very fascinating!) All in all, the perfect apartment with a super nice landlady. We will certainly come back!

The apartment was clean bright and had lots of natural light. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Internet works for streaming movies but drops periodically. Host was very responsive. We hope to return.

Jasmina and Patrick are the best. Very friendly and helpful and the 2 dogs, the best. Studio apartment was perfect for my wife and I but there are larger apts if you have a bigger group. Right across the street from the beach, lounge chairs available to use (the vendors in the beach charge 10€!!). Plenty of restaurants and bars, sunsets were amazing. Highly recommend Okrug Gornji as a destination and you have to stay with Jasmina at 31!!!

An Unforgettable Stay – Kristina was, without a doubt, the best host I’ve ever met during my travels. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The apartment was spotless, exactly as described, with every amenity we could possibly need — and the bed linen was absolutely beautiful! The location is perfect: close to the beach and ideal for swimming, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. We made great use of the jacuzzi and loved relaxing on the serene patio, surrounded by nature (and the sweetest cats!). Kristina went above and beyond — she stocked the fridge and prepared an incredible welcome platter with meats, cheese, bread, cake, and even a bottle of wine. As if that wasn’t enough, she and her husband invited us into their home for a wonderful dinner, making us feel more like friends They gifted us homemade olive oil and salt -such a thoughtful gesture This stay was truly special Thank you, Kristina and Alan for your warmth, kindness, and hospitality
