Great apartment next to the ocean with a beautiful view. We had a great time :)

SHE House was as advertised. We quickly called her home feeling acclimated & comfortable. Our GPS sent us some terrible way initially but the locals were very friendly offering us assistance. Our host was patient & accommodating showing us how many ways to reach the house ("all roads lead to SHE House"). We really enjoyed how centrally located the home was to all things on Brac Island. We realized our visit was a bit early for the weather & the season when our original ferry from Makarska was cancelled due to bad weather but no worries we just had to go to Split. The wind was so strong it actually blew open the latched front door one afternoon. The soft throws in the basket were nice & cozy-really appreciated. Some of our favorite meals were at Pumparela Restaurant & Taverna Riva in Bol; Konoba Kopacina & Restaurant Ziza in Donji Humac; Gastro Diva in Makarska. Driving in Croatia is NOT for the faint of heart but if you happen to be on the D8 stop for coffee at Strada.

Host Ivana couldn’t have been more helpful. Excellent spoken and written English. Fast response to questions. There to greet us, and at checkout (09.00hrs) and even took me to the airport. Fantastic host, well done.

We stayed in Žedno for one week in the end of September and we had an awesome stay! The location of the apartment is on a beatiful island, a bit more quiet and away from the tourist Hotspots in Split and Trogir (We highly recommend coming with a car though). The apartment was as described and we especially enjoyed the great BBQ place and the pool! The communication with the host was very good, we got a lot of nice tips regarding restaurants and locations. Overall we highly recommend the stay!

Vinko's apartment was perfect for our group of six. A wonderful oasis and welcoming space with everything we needed. Vinko went out of his way to help us and was a superb host. We would certainly recommend his place to others looking for a magical convenient place to stay.

This is a magnificent property, with spectacular sea views and in a peaceful rural setting. The house is pristine, with modern appliances. we stayed as an extended family and it had three self contained apartments which meant we all had our own space and great communal areas. The pool was very attractive and the house is close to a stunning cove with crystal clear waters. The hosts were brilliant - responding quickly to all questions and checking in to see if we were having a nice time. we will definitely be back!

Very nice Place and very friendly

The location was great: very close to Split airport and other attractions in the area. We "ubered" to see Mastrinka, the oldest olive tree in Croatia, and then to nearby Trogir. The hostess's dad was welcoming when we arrived; our departing flights were early in the morning and he took us to the airport.

This is an exceptional apartment, split over two levels with first floor bedroom and bathrooms and living and kitchen space above, leading to a large balcony. Yes it is set on a hillside and yes the pathways up from the beach are steep, but the view of the whole bay made the climb worth the effort. The apartment is very modern and bathrooms spotless. The pool is a decent size and whenever we were using it we had it to ourselves. Apartment comes complete with James Bond style hatch opening to the rooftop! There was a mix up with check-in but the owner quickly responded to the message on Airbnb and got it sorted. The apartment is possibly the best equipped we have stayed in with plenty of crockery and utensils and chopping boards etc and plentiful supplies of toilet rolls, linen, towels (for bathrooms and for pool). Driving and parking can be challenging. We will miss our evening BBQs on the balcony watching activity on the water and the sun setting. Book now, you won't be disappointed

The villa is a wonderful retreat to escape daily business. The breathtaking view and the pool are the heart of the modern and clean house. Bernard is friendly, nice, and very helpful in case of special requests. Thanks a lot. The beds are comfy, a/c in every room helps to cool down. The villa is pretty close to the airport, nonetheless, in the house, you almost don’t hear any plane. Additionally, this place is the perfect home base to start exploring the area. Split and Trogir are close by and you can rent boats and have them come to the local harbour for a pick-up. (Kastela Boat Tours, ask for Gordan, ;-). Bernard, thank you for being such an excellent host. We enjoyed our time.

Mirko and his accommodation are as fantastic as Croatia. We were perfectly welcomed by Mirko. The accommodation is very beautiful and well-equipped. The beds are comfortable, the pool area is very clean and pleasant. Everything was perfect. And in addition, Trogir is a beautiful city.

We’ve just returned from a four night stay at Villa Ban. The entire place was spotless upon arrival and had everything we needed. Ivan was an amazing host, even bringing a welcome present with him at check in. He was flexible with check out time, and had plenty of recommendations for us. It was my mother in law’s first trip abroad in 12 years and she had the most amazing time. We’d definitely recommend the villa to other families and the location, being so close to beautiful Trogir, is great.

The villa, the pool, the location and everything provided was totally perfect. Set away from the busy tourism areas but close enough to easily get to Split, Krka national park, Trogir and the many amazing beaches. We had an absolutely brilliant time, thank you Ivana.

A truly beautiful place in Podstrana, the highest house in the location it’s set in, we have felt incredibly lucky to spend ten days at Vinko’s lovely home. The view and terrace space is so beautiful, we didn’t feel like we needed to go and fill our days with activities because it was such an incredible place just where we were! We managed with taxis when we went for meals, never spending more than £10 to visit Split. Vinko was so helpful with recommendations from prior to our arrival all the way through to the end. The inside of the property has everything you need, the space is limited inside but this suited us as we were outside most of the time anyway. Would 100% recommend to anyone seeking a little luxury and relaxation.

I can't be more positive about Antonija and her villa. Situated in an absolutely beautiful bay, the clear Adriatic Sea and stunning surroundings were just what we'd been hoping to find. The Villa was a relatively new build that had been kept in pristine condition. It was exactly as described, pretty private, overlooked by one absent neighbour, it had a small pool, an outdoor barbecue and as many lemons, limes and sprigs of rosemary as you could pick. It was off-season so there were no tourists which was great. There wasn't much open, but the restaurant next door was making it easy when we couldn't bear to cook. There's a fantastic fish restaurant (Pasarela) only 45 minutes walk away that really should be visited - tables go down to the water's very edge - stunning! And Antonija couldn't have been more helpful, picking us up from the port on arrival, taking us to the supermarket every few days for supplies and taking us back to the port when leaving... We loved it!! A+++++

We were there as a group of girls and we can really only recommend it ☺️ Ana welcomed us very kindly, was flexible with our arrival time, showed us everything in peace and explained and even prepared a small welcome surprise 🥹 if we had a concern, she answered within a few minutes The house is perfect if you are looking for a place to relax, with great mountain views, a heated pool and sauna, ☺️ with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for large groups. You have your peace and can really have a great vacation 🏖️

Very kind hosts, helpful. The apartment is spacious, but a little old-fashioned. Air conditioning in one room (living room) so it didn't cool the bedroom unfortunately. If someone is hoping for a great internet, it will be disappointed. Often it is not at all or need to reset the router so it is:) No normal terrestrial TV, all over the internet. Close to the beach, only a busy street without a sidewalk is a small inconvenience of this town.

We adored this stay! Dragan and his family were so welcoming and friendly. The place was lovely with lots to see and do both inside the house and out. Vila Tina Restaurant at the end of the “driveway” was exceptional in both quality (food and atmosphere) and service ❤️ A pricey but wonderful night out on a glorious patio over looking the sea. However it was hard to beat our patio where we lounged after each outing! We spent an afternoon exploring Trogir. Rented e-bikes at Joke Bikes in town and rode them all around the island, spent a day at Okrug Gorni on the most wonderful strip of beach and beach bars. Papaya was our favourite and the prices were stellar! Thanks Mario for a wonderful stay, cozy beds, lots of space, gorgeous deck, and a welcoming place to call home during our stay. Our family of 5 adults consider this a 5 star airbnb! XO

I spent 4 nights with my dog. The tranquility and the view are simply sensational! The garden is so lovingly designed and the outdoor kitchen is a dream. The small cottage is very tastefully decorated. Split can be reached in 30 minutes. Communication with Josip was perfect! There's nothing wrong with coming back!

Overall, it was a great stay. We were warmly cared for. The place was great and there was a lot to do in the area. We'd love to come back. Ivanka was always available and always friendly and nice as well as helpful.

A great clean apartment with a wonderful view , peace and quiet. Very good amenities and as described . Josip and his parents very hospitable . When we arrived, we found wine , juice, and water in the fridge, and on the weekend we were welcomed with a delicious dinner and even a feast . In addition to dinner, there was fruit , delicious wine and juice . Quite highly located apartment, but it wasn't a problem, because the views were wonderful . Quiet neighborhood, but you can get to Trogir or the town near both bus 42 and taxi if needed . I recommend it for people who value peace and quiet .

Such a lovely little apartment with cute private garden. The apartment itself was superclean, nothing to complain about. We had a wonderful stay at this place. Marijana herself was so lovely, helpful and kind person. She also gave us good tips to places which were worth visiting.

Zeljka’s place was perfect for our family, it had all we needed to have a wonderful holidays, the bed /sofa bed were comfortable, the apto have all the facilities for making meals, there is a supermarket and bakery nearby. The beach is just a few minutes away walking and the view from the terrace is beautiful. Zeljka is a great host,friendly and very helpful. Thank you for your hospitality, we will be back.
