Aan boord van ons zelf gebouwde woonschip hebben we in het ‘vooronder’ een gastenkamer gemaakt. Er is uitzicht op breed water, een overdekt eigen zitje buiten en als je wil, neem je zo een duik vanuit het appartement. De boot ligt in het Oostelijk Havengebied van Amsterdam, de stedenbouwkundig veel geroemde wijk vlakbij het centrum. Voel je welkom op deze mooie plek en ontdek onze mooie stad per fiets (bij de prijs inbegrepen) of wandel door onze mooie buurt. Alle voorzieningen zijn vlakbij.

Our house is newly build outside the citycentre. It has 3 bedrooms, living-kitchen, tv room, office, big bathroom, rooftop terras and a terras in front of the house. It is very sunny and spacious and situated on an island next to the centre of A'dam (by tram only 10 min from central station) The neighbourhood is new and located inbetween hip and happening Amsterdam North and Amsterdam East: The best parts of town are at your fingertips (gem. This building was part of the Amsterdam water purification plants in the 1970s. In 2006, two of the original pumping stations were preserved. Located just 15 minutes from the city centre, this hotel offers a balance between tranquillity and dynamism. This lovely non-smoking family private appartment in a quiet neighbourhood is ideal for a couple plus kids. We DO NOT rent this appartment to friend groups as it is not suitable for more then two adults. It offers a great base for seeing Amsterdam (15 min. by bus/metro) and the rest of The Netherlands. Situated on a city park in a trendy residential neigborhood (former shipyard area Nieuwendam) it sleeps 4 + a baby in 2 bedrooms. All private no shared spaces.

Fantastic place to call him during my short time in Amsterdam. Super walkable and close to the metro, but in a very green, peaceful neighborhood. Philip was incredibly friendly (and so were his cats!) and the space was beautiful. Very clean and tidy and exactly what I needed. Comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower too. Would 100% stay with Philip again if I'm in the neighborhood!

Our hosts responded to our questions quickly, they provided a lot of valuable information on local restaurants and activities. It was easy to access and then check out. Our stay was amazing! The houseboat was beautiful and exactly as the pictures depict. The perfect Amsterdam experience!

Mirjam was super nice, very hospitable and you could reach her quickly with any questions. The accommodation had a very nice atmosphere and above all the room was very cozy and spacious with its own bathroom. With the tram, which runs very regularly to Centraal Station, the accommodation was very easy to reach. We will be happy to come back.

This houseboat was quite literally perfect for our stay in Amsterdam. The hosts were both lovely people and very helpful to us. Their place has such an incredible vibe! You have nice views out the window and can even swim in the canal. 10/10 would recommend for anyone.
