An absolutely wonderful stay! The house radiates a special warmth and attention to detail - you can immediately see how much passion Trudy and Dirk have put into it. Everything was not only sparkling clean, but also tastefully and cozily furnished. The combination of historic flair and modern comfort is perfect. The location in the quiet, charming village of Asperen is ideal for relaxing - at the same time, you can quickly reach cities such as Utrecht or Rotterdam by car. The small garden, where we could spend many relaxing hours, was also particularly beautiful. Trudy and Dirk were incredibly warm, helpful and attentive – we felt completely welcome. A place to come back to! Thank you for this lovely accommodation!

We’ve enjoyed the stay as Familie of 4 with two young children. The garden is very nice and offers, alongside with the house and the area of Zeeland, quite a range of possibilities. We can recommend it clearly.

The apartment is beautiful, tidy and everything was working perfectly. The location is great, close to local bars and restaurants, and also close to the beautiful dome of Utrecht. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The most perfect little house in Maarssen! Located about 20 minutes via bus/train from Utrecht and 30 minutes from Amsterdam, this gorgeous abode was a piece of heaven after a day of exploring! Upon arrival I was greeted by a few friendly chickens wandering the property and Ewoud, who made me feel right at home with not only great recommendations for Maarssen but helpful incite for bus information/apps and bike rentals. The house itself is so picture perfect cute! Comfy beds, relaxing bathtub, washer/dryer and a lovely outdoor space fitted with patio furniture. Keep in mind the stairs inside are rather steep and spiraling - but I found that it only added to its charm and felt like the bougie treehouse of my childhood dreams (lol). Got a chance to chat with Catelijne and Ewoud a bit on the eve of my departure and they are such wonderful hosts - would 100% recommend and would love to return!

Mia is a fantastic host, she thinks of everything and is incredibly flexible which makes your stay ultimately relaxing ❤️ thank you Mia, we would love to come back!

Ruben's sweet ground Level Flat was perfectly Situated for our 2 night stay in Amsterdam. Located literally around the corner from the Rijksmuseum and the major tram stops it was so easy to get around. The space is clean and bright. We really appreciated the quiet backyard Patio after a day of exploring Amsterdam. We would stay again.

We really enjoyed our short break in Antionette's guest house. The guest house is very clean and also very well equipped. The host was always very quick to reach and always responded immediately to concerns. We can only recommend it👌🏼

Brilliant stay. Only suggestion would be to have a bit of a welcome pack with instructions for tv, oven and which bits of the beautiful garden one can use

We had a very good stay in Annetta and Bennie's apartment. The space was very completely furnished, atmospheric and cozy. Everything was sparkling clean. The area is quiet and we especially enjoyed the bird concert in the morning and evening. If you like peace and quiet, you are in the right place, but you are also within 10 minutes by bike (of which 2 bikes are included) in Zoutelande. Or by car, a few kilometers from Middelburg and Veere. Although the weather forecast was less than ideal, we had beautiful weather. Surely because it is Zeeland😊! Annetta is a fantastic hostess. If you want to go to Zeeland, looking for peace but still close to the beach and the beautiful cities, I would definitely book this apartment.

The space is excellent. It is very tastefully decorated and contains everything you need. Sytske is very friendly and helpful and always answered right away. I would book this place again anytime.

The stay with Marjolein and Michiel was extraordinarily beautiful and cozy. Quietly located, beautiful ambience with private pond terrace and garden. Ideal for cycling tours to the World Heritage Site of the mills in Kinderdijk, Rotterdam, and Dordrecht. The water bus is also highly recommended! Since my husband turned 60, Michiel had thoughtfully put a nice bottle of Prosecco in the fridge for us in advance. Breakfast was very tasty and extensive. The beds are very comfortable. The room could be darkened well for sleeping. The car could be parked very safely in the yard. Thank you very much again for the wonderful stay!! Dr. Gerlinde and Heinz Schulte-Brochterbeck

The place was decorated with a lot of love for detail – really beautiful and very cozy. I was particularly impressed by the fantastic garden with the many roses in front of the entrance – just a highlight! There are two entrances which was super convenient, especially with dog. At the back you could comfortably go to the terrace – perfect to walk the dog. The contact with the hostess was consistently friendly and pleasant. Walking, you can quickly reach both the beach and the lake and also downtown – great location! And best of all, I slept superbly. Absolutely recommended – I will be happy to come back!

The place is amazing. Quaint , bright and very well thought out. The surrounding gardens are impeccable, the decor is warm and inviting and you feel immediately at home. Are hosts were lovely. Ever present, warm and inviting while respecting privacy and always ready with a smile. Set just a 5 mins walk from the train station you truly can’t beat the location as access to the beach, Amsterdam or all points is literally at your disposal. Uber was also easily accessible. I only hope on our next visit, it’s not so booked we can’t get in. It’s a must stay.

Beautiful apartment on the Zeedijk with sea views. It looked exactly as described. There are a few spots on the curtains here and there, but that shouldn't spoil the fun.

Upon arrival, it was exactly as in the pictures. We just had a whole house to ourselves. Very nicely decorated and it all had a luxurious look. We also made wonderful use of the hot tub and bath. We enjoyed it.

We had a wonderful time at this beachfront home. The location is fantastic and the area offers many opportunities for recreation and exploration. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful – their tips for excursions and activities were very valuable. The apartment itself is very luxuriously furnished and equipped with everything you need. We felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend this place!

The apartment is tastefully decorated, cozy and clean. I slept super in the comfortable bed, the surroundings were quiet. The stairs to the apartment are steep, but no problem, just a little unusual on the first day. I was greeted by a real person at the house and spoiled with small goodies. Conclusion: I felt welcome and absolutely comfortable. I was very happy to be a guest at Charlotte's and would be happy to come back anytime. A clear recommendation for the apartment and Utrecht as a city.

Wonderful space! Beautiful interior, very well equipped for everything you might need over a long weekend stay. Marina was lovely, very helpful and communicative. The bed was extremely comfortable, location excellent, every part of the space is well thought out and would highly recommend it to anyone!

We had a great time in this sweet apartment. We loved sitting in the living room overlooking the canal and appreciated the great shower and overall layout of the apartment. The location is fantastic. Very residential and more peaceful than other parts of the city we have been to. We highly recommend it!

Perfectly located apartment from which you can enjoy a fantastic sunset in the evening. The beach bars are in the immediate vicinity. The center is about 15 minutes on foot. A plus point is the parking space belonging to the apartment and located on the property. We can definitely recommend the stylishly furnished beach house.

This place was wonderful! It was just as described. We enjoyed listening to the birds (wild parakeets and others) as we sat on the balcony in the mornings. The stairs are steep and narrow but that is just part of being in Amsterdam. One thing to note, there are 2 showers, 2 sinks, but only 1 toilet. It didn’t cause any problem for me, but those staying in the first floor bedroom will have to climb up stairs in the middle of the night. Overall, I highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I had a one night stay and the attic had such a romantic, warm and cozy vibe. Truly amazing. We decided to just make food there and hang out. I’m a big fan of plants and that made this stay extra nice and inspiring due the beautiful plants the attic has! The check in, the parking and the checkout was very easy. Also their communication was fast en spot on, everything was very clear and easy. The location was not central and we didn’t go out so I can’t say anything about that.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Mel & Henri’s place! From the moment we arrived, they were so warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of charm—it truly felt like a home away from home. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged, and their hospitality made all the difference. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
