A tastefully furnished loft apartment in the middle of picturesque Colijnsplaat. The perfect base for long walking or cycling trips along the sea or to one of Zeeland's many beautiful villages. A 10-minute walk away is a small beach where you can cool off in the clear waters of the Oosterschelde estuary. Colijnsplaat is a small village, with a large marina and enough restaurants and cafés to eat somewhere different every day of the week without having to leave the village.

The apartment is fully equipped. From the garden, you have a beautiful view of the large church. The garden has a spacious barn. To the front are free parking spots. You will stay within walking distance of all the facilities that Yerseke has to offer.

The loft at the historic port of Middelburg has been tastefully and authentically decorated since 2018. You walk through the atmospheric streets into the beautiful city center and you have a holiday feeling because of the boats in the harbor in front of the door. The beach is 30 minutes by bike or 10 minutes by car. And with its own free parking space from April 1 to September 30 at the back of the loft. Check in via clear instructions.

Comfortable, Sunny, Spacious, cosy, quiet, rural but central in Zeeland with heating. At a short distance (by car) the cities, of Middelburg, Goes and Vlissingen, Antwerpen, Brugge, Gent. The beach and Sea are a little farther away with 20 min drive. And the cities Brugge and Gent are also at a reasonable distance. A family with 2 young children fits. But 3 Adults is too much. Right in the heart of the city, restaurants, cafes, shops and cultural attractions and public transport are steps away. Breakfast in the patio, to the abbey, wandering around the city and closing the evening with (self-prepared) dinner and a visit to the local cinema.
