Florian’s place was wonderful and met our expectations! He greeted me upon arrival and showed me how the shower worked so there wouldn’t be any confusion (for hot water just turn it towards the cold icon, it’s just backwards but easy to figure out)! He provided us with a crib for our nine month old and the YouTube video of how to find his place made it super easy. He even told us we could check out a little later if we wanted (we had things we wanted to do or else we would have stayed a bit longer)! We stayed for one night while traveling through Austria; I made Spaghetti and we enjoyed dinner and wine on the balcony with a view of the mountains. I would recommend his place to anyone!

We felt completely comfortable and felt very welcome. The contact and communication with the hostess, even in advance, went quickly, directly and smoothly. She was always responsive, helpful and responded to our needs and met extra requests like a late check out. A beautiful, bright, spacious and fully equipped apartment with sauna in the house. It was also great that the Zell am See - Kaprun Sommercard was included. We can fully recommend the apartment and thank you again for the great stay.

Very well located apartment, very close to the ski school and chairlift. Possibility to book breakfast and dinner in the attached "hotel" is a great opportunity. The breakfast is highly recommended. Also, the apartment is cleaned daily for this reason. Great plus! We were very satisfied, also with the communication of the hostess

Wonderful place, we stayed long term and had everything we needed. The apartment was very spacious, comfortable beds, clean and warm(I thought would be cold with those big beautiful windows :) but was warm) Very good internet for remote working. Short trip by car (15 -20 min)to ski in: kaprun/zell am see/ kitzbuhel area/ weissee uttendorf Nill family was extremely nice and welcoming and made our stay just like home! Thank you for hosting us and I hope to return soon!

I have come alone to stay for 3 nights to do some skiing at Kitzsteinhorn. I have used my car for the trip. I didn't speak German but was still able to communicate with Stephan. Everything was OK.

Gabis Lodge is a beautiful cozy and charming house. Gabi was always available for us if we needed, and gave us tips where to go skiing and sleighing in the area. The lodge is located between two Skiing areas, which was nice for us to try both. They also have a service on getting fresh bread every morning from the bakery. We really enjoyed our stay!

The apartment has a typical and completely sufficient equipment. Everything is in good and well-maintained condition and everything is very clean. I booked through AirBnB for the first time and was not disappointed. Also the phone contact with the landlord was very friendly and helpful! Conclusion: Risk of repetition 100%!

Beautiful apartment equipped with everything necessary. Great view to the lake from the balcony. Street is a bit of a noise during the day. We got very hot days, there was something missing from the air conditioning. The host is very friendly and helpful. Pretty area with many excursion possibilities. All in all we had very nice days in Vorderthiersee.

Cozy bungalow on a private plot of land. Much better than an apartment in a large complex on the 2nd floor. This is freedom, nicely enclosed balcony and the car in front of the door Bungalow is Austrian furnished , everything school, all amenities available. Dishwasher, cooking unit, kettle, oven etc Bathroom good. Spacious, rain shower , heating , towels etc. Perfectly just. We had the dog with us. Also everything arranged for that, dog bed, bowls, tasty things on arrival , drying cloth. There is also a playground for the dog with obstacles , tunnel and so on Walking with the dog is also wonderful . A short walk (15 minutes) through meadows and a forest (so not along a busy road) and you are at the lake. There the dog can swim and poodle. The restaurants can also be found there. What's also great is the sandwich service. Fresh bread every morning that you can order day in advance. Had a great vacation, recommended for everyone

We were guests at Anita's one night! The studio is small but the space is maximum well used! You can stay here longer too! We felt very comfortable, the hostess made you feel good! We will be happy to come back!

Very nice apartment, spacious bedrooms and lots of bathrooms. Kitchen and lounge area were also nice and large.

Great place, great location, all amenities such as restaurants, shopping and ski bus were in close proximity. The apartment corresponded to the condition of the pictures. The sauna in the basement and the ski cellar have complemented the apartment superbly. We'll be back.

This is a gem of a place overlooking Thiersee and surrounding mountains, 15 min drive to Kufstein, very peaceful and relaxed, if you are a couple or a family with young children this place is wonderful
