Biggest Apartment with 75 square meters - fully equipped and perfect for a family with kids or 2-5 people. The Apartment offers a great panoramic view, is very big and well equipped - Enjoy it and have fun! In summer and winter high season we only rent for 7 nights, in low season also for 3 nights. Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. Tourism tax is € 2,50 per adult/per day to pay in cash. You DEFINITELY need a CAR to visit/book our place.

Our 50m2 apartment, available 3+kk for up to 5 people, has everything you need for a satisfying stay, including a well-equipped kitchen, wellness (sauna and pool) and fitness included in the price of accommodation. Great place to stay in any season. It is especially suitable for families with children.

This apartment is located in the outskirts of Salzburg, with a direct bus connection to the city centre of Salzburg. From the two balconies you have a wonderful view to the mountains and you can see the sunset. A traditional restaurant and a bakery are just 500 m from here. The DesignerOutlet Centre and other shopping malls are just a few kilometres away and ideally reachable by bus. The apartment is perfectly suitable for business travellers, couples, musicians, families or single travellers.

Surrounded by wildly growing fruit trees, mountain forests and meadows and yet in the middle of the Schladming-Dachstein vacation region. In summer, it is an Eldorado for mountain athletes and mountain bikers. In winter, a great ski resort with over 230 km of perfectly groomed ski slopes. The Summer Card is included with every booking!

This centrally located place is within a 10-minute walk of the old town of Salzburg. A bus stop is 100 meters away. The apartment has 35 sqm and is generously distributed. The bathroom has a shower, double sink, towel dryer, hairdryer and illuminated makeup mirror. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, an elevator is available. A carport parking space can be rented separately, otherwise a parking space is available subject to availability.
