Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Verfügbar sind zwei Doppelschlafzimmer und ein großes Familienschlafzimmer. Das Bad im Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine geräumige Sauna. Der Kaminofen sorgt für romantische Gemütlichkeit.

The beautiful Steilküste and it's long sandy beaches is 15 minutes walk away, along quiet wooded trails.

House Kornblume. Your home on Rügen.

A few years ago, I bought the house with a large orchard meadow, pond and old barn in the middle of the countryside. Since then, I have lived here with my dog, 5 sheep and a few chickens. The rental income helps us to further develop the farm. This year, a cat from the animal shelter also moved into the barn. That's why I can no longer allow dogs in principle. Feel free to write if you want to bring your dog.

Our apartment is located near the beautiful Baltic Sea beach of the small seaside resort of Zempin. It is good for couples. You will enjoy the quiet location, but you are on foot or by bike in a few minutes on the beach. The apartment is comfortably and cozily furnished. The large covered loggia overlooks the garden and the forest behind and is like an additional room at almost any time of the year.
