We loved our stay at the Sierrahaus Alpine Suites! The space is beautifully designed and equipped with high-quality household appliances. The host was responsive, and the concierge team even offered to meet us at the train station, which was very thoughtful. Thank you so much! The location is excellent — just a short walk to both the main train station and the Gornergrat Bahn. One of the highlights was the view of the Matterhorn from the balcony. We really enjoyed the view before bedtime and again early in the morning. The host also thoughtfully provides toys in the apartment, which my kids thoroughly enjoyed. This place is highly recommended — a perfect stay in Zermatt!

虽然到达房源的路很难，但是看到的景色也真的一绝，打开门就是马特洪峰，房子的设备也很好，有两个厕所是一个bonus。期间遇到突然其来的暴风雪，整个策马特都被大雪封闭了，没电，没网络，没火车，幸好房东给予大力的帮助，才让我们度过难关。对此我们非常感恩。

Christian’s place was really good for us with our two night stay. Close to everything, good little kitchen, and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evening and having breakfast there in the morning. The view is beautiful, and we watched the paragliders curling the mountains and coming in to land. The place is pricey but on a par with prices in Switzerland. I’d recommend it.

Such a beautiful place with a stunning view. We ended up spending more time at the apartment enjoying the view than hiking to see a view! It was a wow! Hosts were especially amazing! Tons of great cookware. My kids’ favorite memories from our stay are fondue at sunset and playing football in front of the balcony with the Matterhorn right over head. Definitely take advantage of the taxi up & the Coop grocery store at the train station before you go up. There’s tons of space for your luggage in the taxi (more like a large enclosed golf cart with big trunk). Comfy beds. Great layout.

Tolle und super saubere Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. 3 Schlafzimmer (Betten waren tiptop, nicht durchgelegen oder zu hart) mit 2 Badezimmer (jeweils mit Dusche und Seife/Duschgel/Shampoo), Küchenzeile mit Esszimmer (inkl. alles was man zum Kochen und Essen/Trinken braucht), Wohnzimmer mit TV (Netflix, Amazon usw…) und sehr grossem Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Leider keine Matterhornsicht von der Wohnung (alternativ Berge Richtung Täsch). Einziges Manko ist der Raucherbereich vor der Haustüre, wodurch es im schlimmsten Fall zu Rauchgeruch in dem Schlafzimmer auf der Eingangsseite kommen kann, wenn die Fenster geöffnet/gekippt sind. Ich würde die Wohnung mit 4-6 Personen bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in Zermatt auf alle Fälle wieder buchen.

We had a great stay at Tina’s place! Although there was a small issue during check-in, Tina responded very quickly and made sure everything was resolved smoothly. The house is fully equipped, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing stay. It’s also in a convenient location, just a short walk from the train station. Would definitely recommend to others and stay again!

We had a lovely time with five adults and one kid. The showers were heavenly and had dimmer lights in the bathroom. The location was so incredible. We are right in the middle of everything, but it was quiet at night. Only one flight of stairs. The manager of the restaurant got us checked in and so kind and helpful. We had amazing weather. Super clean. Fun historical pictures and murals. We liked the balconies and they had lap blankets. Had a nice cross breeze to cool off. Lots of windows. You buy your own coffee pods but they have the machine. Only a short walk from the train station. Recommend 100%

Foi um grande presente encontrar esse espaço. Tivemos dias felizes e com certeza gostaríamos muito de voltar. Espaço limpo, aconchegante e com uma vista maravilhosa.

Lugar encantador. Tudo perfeito, limpo e decoração de bom gosto. Tem um belo elevador que facilita muito entrar com as malas. A vista é de tirar o fôlego, comunicação com Janine é excelente e não deixa dúvida alguma. Muito proativa, nos ofereceu traslado para Zermatt mas nós já tínhamos o Ticket do trem. Eu estava de carro e estacionei gratuitamente na frente do apartamento. Local muito confortável, recomendo estadia neste local. Janine, parabéns pelo local, muito sucesso e com certeza voltaremos. We enjoyed our stay at Robin's apartment. Although it is a compact space, everything is well set out and functions well. The apartment is immaculately clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed. Good location - 15 minute walk from the train station. Restaurants and supermarket close by. We would recommend as a great choice for a short stay in Zermatt.

Oliver had various games, cards, kids books, kids toys, etc. The living room was spacious with plenty of seating, lots of dish ware and cookware, and we enjoyed the large table for meals. Great lighting with large windows and 2 doors to 2 outdoor spaces. Fantastic view of the Matterhorn from the patio and bedroom. There was not a tv or washer or dryer. We were are able to wash clothes in the sink and use his heated towel rack to our dry clothes. It was not a problem. His location is very close (approx 10 min walk steep up hill) to the town lookout spot for sunset in the Matterhorn. Get there early to get a good spot. This a must do! The unit is definitely perfect for families.

L’appartamento offre la miglior vista sul Cervino di tutta Zermatt: davvero spettacolare! Era molto organizzato e dotato di tutto il necessario per preparare colazioni e cene in autonomia. Avevamo a disposizione una lavastoviglie (non una lavatrice, che comunque si può utilizzare pagando 2 franchi). Il letto era comodo; chi ha esigenze particolari può parlare con l’host per richiedere un altro cuscino, ma personalmente non ho avuto problemi, anche avendo una certa sensibilità cervicale. La doccia è ottima e il riscaldamento dell’appartamento funziona benissimo, rendendo il soggiorno molto confortevole. L’accesso è semplice: si può prendere il bus fino alla cappella, poi camminare circa 500 metri lungo la strada e altri 200 metri attraverso un sentiero nel bosco. Consigliamo di utilizzare un carrello per i bagagli. Torneremo senza dubbio!

Absolutely perfect Swiss chalet tucked away on the edge of the village. Stunning view of the 3 mountains, and well placed for various local walks as well as excursions further afield. Liza looked after us extremely well, always on hand for any problems (there were none!) or to help with any queries, and always with such good humour. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

Tout s’est très bien passé dans ce logement. L’accueil par Alessandra a été très chaleureux. L’appartement et sa situation était très beau. Nous sommes partie en vélo depuis celui ci faire une ballade magnifique dans la montagne. Le petit déjeuné était compris et très bon. Nous avons bien profité de notre séjour

Stacey was a great host that met the us at the door and gave us helpful hints on things to do. The view from the porch was AMAZING and so peaceful. We spent almost every minute there when back from the very convenient hikes just a short way away. I would absolutely recommend staying here … literally can be in a hot tub looking up at Staubach Falls like it was your very own private waterfall.

5 Sterne sind eigentlich zu wenig! Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Airbnb. Das Haus war perfekt – sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ein echtes Wohlfühl-Zuhause! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Gastgeber: Er war persönlich beim Check-in und Check-out dabei, unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Als Highlight hat er uns morgens sogar frische Gipfeli gebracht – einfach toller Service und unglaublich herzlich! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank für alles!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Patricks Unterkunft. An diesem Ort steckt viel Herz. Es lässt einfach keine Wünsche offen. Die Unterkunft ist noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Ein wahres Paradies! Patrick und sein Vater sind Herzensmenschen, die einen wundervoll willkommen heißen. In der Unterkunft fühlt man sich sofort wohl und das Highlight ist die gepflegte Grünanlage mit atemberaubenden Blick in die Berge und Whirlpool. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Danke für die schöne Zeit bei euch! Danke dass ihr so einen tollen Ort mit anderen teilt!

Chuen was a great host and should be proud what he has done with his Swiss home. It’s a perfect accomodation to stay in a peaceful traditional place in Switzerland home, surrounded by mountains and beautiful scenery whilst having everything you need, including a kitchen, great bed and bathroom for exploring the Swiss landscape. The hike from the train station is a little steep for those with suitcases, but for those back packing it is worth it. Would recommend to anyone staying in Switzerland!
