The apartment was clean,the host was helpful and kind, and the location is wonderful for your trip to Balat! The apartment had what we needed such as hair dryer, washing machine, refrigerator , AC wall units, tea pot, coffee pot for brewing a delicious cup of Turkish coffee which we had the pleasure of enjoying with the host who was a lovely ambassador for the people of Türkiye. There are lovely tea/pastry shops around, fresh juice, small convenience stores as well as some restaurants in the area. Do yourself a favor and ask the host for a little tour of the area. She’ll take you to the best tea shop with the best pastries. I definitely would come back and stay here.

We had a great stay! The location in Balat is very nice — full of charm and character. All major sightseeing spots in Istanbul are easily reachable within about 20 minutes by tram. The apartment is beautifully renovated and feels very safe, especially with a police station nearby. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and taking in the lovely Istanbul weather. Highly recommend!

I would like to thank Ms. Aylin very much, she welcomed me very well. The location of the house is two minutes away from Yenimahalle Marmaraya. The house is very clean and modern. All electronic items are functional and useful. I would love to come back

The place exactly matched the description in the beautiful neighborhood of Balat. Walkable distance to restaurants and cafes. Lots of colorful houses and shopping stores. An apartment with a great, uninterrupted view of the sea! The listing is just as shown in the photos, clean and well-equipped. You can also enjoy luxuries of the hotel with buffet breakfast, pool access (at an additional cost). The hosts were always responsive and answered all our questions with patience. Would definitely recommend for a short or long-term stay!

We stayed in a wonderful apartment in Zeytinburnu, right next to the sea. It was really unique to enjoy the sea views while enjoying the hot tub. The apartment was extremely clean and tidy, everything was thoughtfully prepared. It is also very advantageous in terms of location, easily accessible everywhere. If we come back to Istanbul, we would definitely prefer to stay here. Thanks for everything!

Communication was very fast. Check-in was very easy. Instructions were clear and straightforward. The house was very clean. The neighborhood and the view were very beautiful. There was a single-vehicle parking lot. The view was perfect. We were very satisfied in general.

The apartment was clean and tidy , it's location is very good, especially since it is in a residential complex surrounded by security , where you feel safe, in addition to the presence of a gym that is open 24 hours a day, so you can exercise at any time. The apartment is also close to public transportation, as it is close to Davutpaşa metro station (about 10 mins walking) . our host Yusuf is easy to reach and he let us check out late . There are some small notes, such as the bathroom needs points to hang clothes and towels and to fix the shower door. However, in general, the apartment is excellent.
