A quiet neighborhood close to the center. A great base for walks. Nearby there are specialty coffee cafes such as: Coffeedesk, La Mer, BOKA or Colberg Coffee. The nearest supermarket is just below the block (Lidl). Large, free parking, you can easily park at any time.
