For rent is a rustic, secluded alpine hut (Aste), almost 400 years old, at about 1300 meters above sea level. It is located in North Tyrol, in the south of the Inn Valley in the Karwendel Silver Region at the foot of the Tuxer Alps with the Gilfert, Hirzer and Wildofen. A fantastic view compensates for the simple standard without a bathroom. The southwest location is the starting point for wonderful mountain hikes in the Karwendel Silver Region or for ski tours in the legendary area around the Gilfert in the west of the Zillertal.

A nest to feel good

You will stay on the second floor and have two floors. On each floor we have a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the upper floor there is also a bathtub waiting for you. The balconies have a southwest orientation for a magnificent view and plenty of sunshine. A parquet floor ensures a pleasant atmosphere and you can use a Swedish stove as a cozy highlight. Two flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms are self-evident. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

The Daniel Lechner vacation apartment is located in a quiet mountain area on the sunny side of the Zillertal. The vacation apartment on the Distelberg, located at an altitude of about 1050 m, offers you a spectacular view of the Zillertal Alps in the surrounding area. In winter, winter tires are mandatory. In case of snowfall, snow chains are also required!!!

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

The holiday apartment "Mosers am Sonnenhang", which is situated in Jenbach, overlooks the Alps. The 65 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, heating as well as a washing machine. On top of that, a table tennis table is also provided for your enjoyment.

This apartement is very spacious and accommodates two people. - Parking is available on the property and on the street In idyllic surroundings, the "Ferienwohnung am Mühlbachl" is located in close proximity to the Zillertal Arena ski area (8 minutes by car). Due to the excellent location of Rohrberg, vacation guests can choose between numerous leisure activities depending on the season: from mountain hiking to skiing to climbing adventures in the high ropes course.

The Bluebird Base is a cosy mountain house. It offers space for 10 people and it is located at 1200m in the Zillervalley. The rooms have been furnished with great love for detail. The house offers a well equipped common kitchen. Located high on the mountain, 12 min by car on a mountain road to the center of Zell am Ziller and 7 min with the free shuttle bus to the slopes of Zillertalarena.
