Peace, good air and wonderful nature

Luxurious bungalow with a pleasant climate in winter and summer. The house is located at the transition from the Szczecin Lagoon to the Peene. Stepping out the front door offers a magnificent view of the Karniner Lotsenturm, the Peene and one of the largest bird sanctuaries in Europe. It's wonderful to experience the many animals. From the living room with open kitchen and from the main bedroom you can use the 44 sqm wooden terrace. If the weather permits, you will experience an incredible starry sky.

Der Bungalow ist freistehend und mit einer eigenen Terrasse ausgestattet. Er befindet sich in ruhiger Lage auf einem großen familienfreundlichen Gelände. Er wurde gerade frisch saniert und bietet u.a. eine neue Küchenzeile, ein modernes Bad, 1 Doppelbett und 2 Einzelbetten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bahnhof und Strand sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Bettwäsche kann kostenpflichtig dazu gebucht werden. Die ortsübliche Kurtaxe ist nicht im Preis enthalten. Strom wird separat abgerechnet (0,60 €/kWh).

It is NOT rented to dog owners. The house and property are not suitable for toddlers as there is a small garden pond near the cottage.
