The Haus am See offers a wonderful holiday with the most beautiful views of Lake Neuwarper, a bay of the Szczecin Haff. From the living room you have a magnificent view over the lake and the Riether Werder. A wonderful place to end your day by the fireplace or in the sauna after an extended rowing boat tour or after a swim in the lake. Our house is located directly on the forest. Neighbors are only a few weeks a year. The house / property has about 130 m² of living space, a total of 1670 m² of land area, partly fenced ( the green area in front of the property is not fenced) , so that a dog brought along can also turn his rounds once alone. There is a garden with a beach chair, a buddy box for the little ones, a chill corner and sun loungers. Peace and nature are advantageous.
