Unsere schöne 3-Zimmer Kamin Suite in der Villa Oesterreich liegt im 2. OG und verfügt über zwei separate Schlafzimmer und einen separaten Wohnraum, die Wohnung bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Die geschmackvoll ausgestattet und moderne Wohnung verfügt über 75.79 m² und einen eigenen Kamin (elektrischen Kamin). Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.

The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and specially furnished with clay-plastered walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It borders the house that we live in as a family with children on an old three-sided farm. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburg Lake District, Peene, Tollense...

Self-sufficient shepherd's wagon with fireplace can be used all year round

A cozy self-sufficient construction trailer with solar, fireplace and dry separation toilet on its own meadow with 6 sheep and views of the vastness of Mecklenburg. The sheep do not have to be in your area. On request, they can also be moved to the back meadow. In the meadow is a separate fireplace, seating and outdoor shower. In cold weather, you can shower in our house. For wellness, we have a sauna & hot tub in our garden area. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Enjoy the beautiful Baltic Sea with our beautiful apartment Wiek in Binz. The apartment is located in the spa architecture villa Concordia in the immediate vicinity of the beach. It's just 50 meters to the beach. The large box spring bed makes for a restful sleep, the large south-facing balcony that you can let your soul dangle in the sun, but the electric fireplace also creates a cozy atmosphere if the weather doesn't play along. Here you will stay in a modern apartment in a Bauhaus villa above the SchmachterSee. The house was newly built in 2007 in a quiet outskirts location. In the center of town and the beach it is only about a 10-minute walk or 5 minutes by bike. The highlights of the spacious apartment are the sunny south-west balcony with lake view and the fireplace. The spacious layout of about 90 m² and the bright complete furnishings ensure your well-being throughout the stay.

In a lovingly renovated, former horse stable from 1900, a cozy apartment awaits you in the middle of the countryside. You are very welcome to use the large garden. The apartment extends over two floors. On the ground floor is a large bedroom with double bed and crib. On the upper floor you will find the spacious living and dining area, another bedroom with two single beds, the kitchen and the bathroom. Two more mattresses are located in the cozy attic.
