A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

The spacious layout of about 90 m² and the bright complete furnishings ensure your well-being throughout the stay.

It's just 50 meters to the beach. The large box spring bed makes for a restful sleep, the large balcony that you can relax in the fresh air, but the electric fireplace also creates a cozy atmosphere when the weather does not play along.
