From the villa it is only a few meters to Wilhelmstraße, the Baltic Sea and Lake Sellin.

The apartment is located in a detached house in quiet surroundings near the Baltic Sea resort of Binz. Perfect for quickly cycling by bike or car within 10 minutes in the place just 4 km away, The approx. 30 m² apartment has a separate entrance and is divided into a living room/bedroom, small hallway, separate kitchen and bathroom. In front of the entrance there are 2 cozy sitting areas, which invite you to a sunny breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening.

The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

Der Balkon bietet großartigen Ausblick und die eigene KLAFS Sauna, stimmt Euch auf den Sommer ein.

We rent a cozy cottage in a quiet location. In Binz on Rügen on the beautiful Baltic Sea. Right on Schmachter See. For 2 to 4 people. The larger bedroom is equipped with a double bed and TV. The smaller one has a double sofa bed and also a TV. The large American-style kitchen is fully equipped. The living area is open and invites you to a cozy get-together by the fireplace. 5 minutes to the beach. If necessary, also a second parking space.

Cottage with Sauna and natural swimming pond

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
