Beautiful view of the sea and neighboring islands. Quiet environment with very comfortable climate. Near two restaurants with very tasty seafood specialties, as well as a shop with daily necessities, post office and tourist board Zman. City beach with a nice entrance to the sea. Žman is located in the bay called Žmančica, surrounded by hills Gračine , Veliki Slotnjak and Mali Slotnjak. It is mentioned in the 13th century under the name Mezano, and from that time dates the parish church of St. John, while in the vicinity of the village there are sites from the prehistoric era. Žman is exceptional due to its fertile fields located in the area of Malo jezero and Veliko jezero, which makes the people from Žman highly skilled farmers. The locals will be happy to offer their guests the fruits of their hands; a taste of local wine, cheese and olive oil will certainly be remembered by all lovers of good food.

Our guests have at their disposal a spacious first floor of our family home which is renovated in 2020 and includes a spatious terrace with a wonderful view. Our house is located at the waterfront with several restaurants and caffe bars, as well as a supermarket within a two-minute walk. A small beach is right outside, while a more popular beach is 10-minutes walk away. The island offers a natural park, beautiful beaches, a cave etc. while Sali offer rent-a-boat/bike, a night club etc.

The house is not connected to electricity and water network but is solar powered and provides rainwater tanks. There is no hot water in the house but there is sun heated outdoor showers.Stove is gas powered. Enjoy dinner on the front terrace in the evening or spend day on sun terrace 2m away from the sea.

For a vacation as a couple a dream place in a quiet, beautiful village with small shop and very nice cafe. Communication with Nevena was easy and she was very helpful and gave great tips. The apartment is stylish and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen is great and invites you to self-care. In general, Dugi Otok is beautiful with many hidden beautiful places. You can explore a lot on foot. You can also reach many magical places by car. If you want to eat out, Sali (for us) is best, as there is a varied range of food there and the place is beautiful by the way. If you want to do a "bigger shopping", it offers a Tommy, otherwise the small shop in Zman also has a lot. We highly recommend Nevena and Dugi Otok's place.

Beautiful apartment on the hills of the peaceful seaside village of Luka. A bit difficult to get to the apartment, but with the help of our host it was easier than expected. Perfect choice for those who want to stay away from all the hustle and bustle. The island and the nice beaches can be easily explored from here, everything can be reached under 45 minutes.

This as an absolute gem to find and book. The host was amazing and very thoughtful. They gifted me a bottle of their homemade wine- it’s amazing. The island was wonderful and I loved 99% of my activities- They have ticks on the island(so buy/ bring spray if you want to hike)- as I had no idea. But this had nothing to do with the listing or host they are a 100/10. The unit is just the bottom level of the house- I was unclear on that but for one person it was probably way to much space. Would be great for a family or friend group.

“The house is excellent, from the furnishing to the ambiance, and the terrace truly offer a dream experience for any vacation. Mario is an outstanding host, and the house had everything we could possibly need during our stay, from the most essential equipment to the smallest details, which really impressed us! Also, the welcome gestures from the host were the final touch that left no one indifferent. Everything was very clean and tidy, the location is great, close to a beautiful beach and caffe, yet completely peaceful and secluded. We enjoyed every moment, the only downside being that we couldn’t stay longer. Every praise and recommendation!”
