The house (apartments) Markulin are located in Preko only a few meters from the sea in a beautiful atmosphere. Fantastic position 200 m from the ferry dock, allows guests to easily navigate and quickly reach the facility. The house is surrounded by high, stone walls that guarantee complete privacy.The garden is full of Mediterranean plants in which there is a children's playground. In the immediate vicinity there are all the necessary facilities (restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, butcher, fish market, sports ground,bakery).

Enjoy in our small romantic, robinson,fisherman cottage in touristic bay Magrovica, nature park Telašćica. Only 3km away from the center of Sali. The house is not connected to electricity and water network but is solar powered and provides rainwater tanks. Hot water in the shower is provided and also there is sun heated outdoor shower. In the kitchen there is no hot water.Stove is gas powered. Enjoy dinner on the front terrace in the evening or spend day on sun terrace 2m away from the sea.

Our guests have at their disposal a spacious first floor of our family home which is renovated in 2020 and includes a spatious terrace with a wonderful view. Our house is located at the waterfront with several restaurants and caffe bars, as well as a supermarket within a two-minute walk. A small beach is right outside, while a more popular beach is 10-minutes walk away. The island offers a natural park, beautiful beaches, a cave etc. while Sali offer rent-a-boat/bike, a night club etc.
