This cottage built in 2025 in American style is really special. It is located directly on a pond in which, in addition to koi carp, many birds are active. The toilet-shower building is right next to it but is a separate building, which is nice if you are with several guests. Shower water is electrically heated. Heating and cooling are provided by a heat pump. The large panoramic window offers not only a magnificent view of the pond but also the countryside around it.

The apartment is perfect for a holiday or business trip for 5 people (extra bed for a 6th person). The living room has a sofa, TV and table. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bedroom has a bunk bed for 3 people. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. The house is located 150 meters from Lake Miedwie. Beautiful garden with a year-round hot tub. A quiet and peaceful place, perfect for relaxing with family or friends. The ground floor of the cottage is a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom, on the first floor there is a master bedroom and 2 rooms. In addition to the jacuzzi, the garden has a separate place to relax, a barbecue and parking for 2 cars.
