My family enjoyed our stay immensely. The pool and the roof top deck received extensive use and we loved walking a block to the beach. Our host was helpful and responsive.

Casa Suspiros, is a beautiful home just as described and like the pictures posted. Home is extremely comfortable, with all the amenities that you need to enjoy your stay.

Absolutely incredible stay! This place exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, yet just a quick 3–5 minute Uber ride from all the best restaurants, beaches, and nightlife. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with breathtaking views that matched (and even surpassed) the photos. Everything felt clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. Mirianne was an outstanding host—super responsive and helpful, which made our entire stay seamless and stress-free. It was our first time visiting Puerto Vallarta, and thanks to this amazing experience, it certainly won’t be our last. Easily a 10/10!

My group of 7 friends stayed at Villa Loma for 7 nights. Everything from arrival to departure was seamless. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puerto Vallarta and Ana’s Villa is available, book it! The Villa is located on a hillside in Concha Chinas, looking out onto Banderas Bay. The view from the rooftop deck is unparalleled. I would highly recommend taking Ana up on all of her recommendations. Chef JC was fantastic! We ate most of our meals at the house prepared by JC. The meals prepared by JC were considerably better than any meal we had in town. Ana also helped with suggestions for airport transfer, booking massages at the house(HIGHLY RECOMMEND!), and booking the beach club. Keep in mind that the house is located on a steep cobblestone hill and has quite a few stairs. If you have mobility issues you might have some trouble getting around. Ubers and taxis are pretty easy to find but you will need to walk down the hill to meet them. Thank you, Ana! We can’t wait to return!

This place is amazing. It has so much character and charm. The private terrace is so cool! You get the best sunset views and it's the best place to hang out during the day or by night. The bed is super comfortable and the location is perfect. You're really close to everything yet it's on a quiet street and you're up quite high so you have a nice private, relaxing place to enjoy. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm back in Puerto Vallarta.

Christopher’s place was exactly like the pictures. My family stayed there for a week and loved it. The host was very responsive, the beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. We are having a wonderful stay! This was an extra day we added at the beginning or our 6 week stay. Communication is effortless, and the building is beautiful. The apartment offers a lovely view of the mountains, greenery, and even a golf course. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the coffee machine with all the essentials and the generous welcome gift of cheese, meat, and a bottle of wine. The high-quality furnishings and the serene atmosphere made us feel like we were in Europe, not Mexico. Everything was top-notch and spotless. Highly recommended!

Great apartment! So much is walkable (Walmart, beach, Oxxo, etc.) Wish we could have extended our stay but the place was booked. Jorge is a great host and everyone at this condo is friendly, including security.

We had to find another location last minute due to our original rental not having water for a day and a half and Janeth was very quick to respond to our request! It was clean, quiet, and with a great rooftop pool view to the ocean! Definitely recommend and would stay here again if we decide to come to PV!

Great little apartment and in a very central location

I loved my stay! The place is super nice, very spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Fabiola was super attentive from the beginning. The complex is beautiful, the pool is large, the beach is in front and it has a beautiful view! My friends and I had an amazing time, I definitely recommend it and I'd love to go back!

I had a fantastic stay here! The place was exactly as pictured and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed. The rooftop amenities were a huge plus, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. Great location too— walking distance to the mall, Walmart, Sam’s and an Oxxo. Louis was very communicative throughout the check-in process and everything went smoothly. I’d definitely stay here again.

Caroline’s apartment is stunning. The views are beautiful of the marina, the kitchen is well appointed and the design of the unit is beautiful. She was very very communicative and helpful. I would highly recommend this unit! The roof top pool is also stunning!

Javier's space was the highlight of or 3 month MX stay! Zero bugs, full water pressure (hot was finicky but always there). Location was close to beach, Walmart, grocery store, shopping mall, local resturants. We rented to pre-view some pre-construction options within the same development. (Even more interested now.) I would reccomend this location for anything in the north or central areas. There was no reason to contact the Host. Everything was laidout in the instructions. Internet was great! I would stay here again! (Maybe long term.)

We had a fantastic experience staying at this condo! The space was clean, modern, and had all the amenities we needed. The view from the balcony was gorgeous with downright amazing sunsets. The location is perfect for Zona Romantica as it's close to all the beach clubs, our favorite Restaurants La Palapa and Daquiri Dicks, and an easy walk to all the other restaurants, bars, and clubs, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The host and property manager were incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication super easy. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. I would absolutely book this place again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great home base in Puerto Vallarta! Thank you Mike and Moises!

Beautifully appointed apt at Penisula definitely upgraded from the standard units. I've stayed in orger units at Penisula Torre 1 and Todd's unit felt like a warm inviting home . The corner views are wonderful even though lots of construction below. when you are fitted all you see his beauty from the Ocean to the mountains and city lights. Communication was excellent, friendly and considerate from management who let us in to staff in Torre 1. Only glitch, the keypad didn't work for my private code, management used the back up code to let us in. small glitch only at arrival for a wonderful stay for my family of 4. lots of beach toys for the kiddos. nice linens too. thank you, Todd

Enrique was an excellent host. His concierge staff was also amazing to work with the place was lovely when we did have a couple of small issues. He was very quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed and I would absolutely stay there again thank you Enrique.

I was there in May 2025, 4 Nights. The apartment is in a very central area. I would definitely stay there again, it's a quiet place, it has safe parking, we never had problems finding a place. The apartment is very clean, it has details that other places do not have, such as mattress protectors and excellent quality towels. Everything is very well kept. We only got to use the pool for 2 days because they were going to do maintenance, but that shows that it's a good place where they care about the well-being of those who stay and live there. Betha sent us a message before we arrived with all the directions to enter. He allowed us to enter before check-in and leave after the time without any problem :) Excellent hostess.

It was walking distance to the local grocery store and safe to walk. Love that we had access to the beach as well. Host was very responsive. We would stay here again.
