It is A Very nice and welcoming hotel, the staff in general is very friendly and the pool is quite spacious in which you can swim very well, especially because they have inflatables and towels for the guests to grasp quietly, i hope to be back soon!

This is a great location. In this COVID world, rest assured that all protocols are followed and the space is super clean and well maintained. I can't find any fault with my stay at all. Highly recommended.

Excellent location away from most of the noise of the city. The common spaces were more beautiful than the photos and the pool/hot tub was fantastic. The unit itself was also better than the photos; clean and big. Tom was very accommodating and accessible to the guests. Lastly, there is an eco filter water container in the unit for drinking.

Beautiful apartment with an amazing view. Lovely sunrises, sunsets and views of the volcanoes. Felt right at home. The heated pool was a plus! Kyara was very friendly, and always responsive. Definitely recommend this place, you won’t regret it! Thank you for everything Kyara!

Everything is great. A little detail with one of the beds but otherwise everything is fine. Good cleanliness and has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was perfect for working remotely, and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking at home. The bed was super comfortable, and the neighbourhood felt very safe. Carmen was an amazing host — friendly, attentive, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. She has been one of the best host I’ve met during my time here! The location was perfect, close to everything I needed: supermarkets, cafes, and shopping centres. This apartment truly felt like a home away from home, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Guatemala!

The host was always friendly and helped us at all times. The place is very safe and beautiful.

I had a great experience with the host who was very responsive, polite, and made feel right at home and above all safe with private parking and staff who were very kind to me. I definitely recommend this staying here due to being in a safe and central location in the city, and it also had an A/C unit which was very nice to have considering it is very hard to find a place with an A/C unit anywhere in Guatemala.

I had a great experience at this Airbnb. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped and corresponded to what was described in the ad. The location is convenient and quiet, ideal for resting after a day of work or sightseeing. The host was very attentive and responded quickly to any questions. I would definitely recommend and stay here again in the future.
