Die zu vermietende untere Ferienwohnung (48 m²) ist unterteilt in ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, einer Wohnküche, in der sich eine Schlafcouch für einen dritten Gast befindet, und ein Badezimmer. Die große Terrasse mit wunderschönem, weitreichendem Ausblick lädt dazu ein, den Tag gemütlich bei einem Frühstück zu starten und den Abend bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen zu lassen.
