The chalet is in a uniquely secluded yet easily accessible location, a rare balance that offers absolute privacy without sacrificing comfort. All around, there is only the forest, the scent of resin, and a breathtaking view that opens up onto the mountains like a painting that changes with the seasons. It is a place that welcomes, calms, and invites you to find time and space for yourself and for those you love.

The apartment is in a central location near a small supermarket, a bakery, a butcher's, a sports equipment shop, etc. The ski lift and the train station are also in walking distance. The apartment is in an old traditional Engadin style house in a quiet neighbourhood. It's located directly under the roof with skylight style windows. The apartment hosts up to 4 people. There is one bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs.

Wooden floors, a Swedish stove, 2 double bedrooms with box spring beds (1 x 1.80 m, 1 x 1.60 m), 2 bathrooms 1 x with shower toilet, 1 x with bath/shower/toilet. Kitchen with induction stove, Nespresso machine and much more are standard. The private parking lot has a charging station for electric cars (for a fee).

Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. There is no telephone connection in the area, but there is a Wi-Fi connection in the cabin, and there are two refreshments nearby where you can taste local foods. The cabin can be reached on foot or by jeep authorized for transit.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
