Perfekt Home at the city center

Centrally located in the trendy neighborhood of Zürich Wiedikon this apartment offers a perfect starting point for any activity in the city. Public transport is just a 3 minute walk away with frequent connections in all directions. The apartment has two lovely balconies for relaxation after an exciting day in the city. The city center can be reached within 10 minutes with the tram or by walking and the lake and other sights are within easy reach by public transport or by foot. Welcome home!

Stunning view over the city, calm & stylish

The spacious (30 m2) renovated studio on the third floor has a separate ensuite bathroom. It has a comfortable kingsize bed, fridge, coffee machine, water kettle and a table to work with high-speed Wifi. In the hallway you will find a little kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, sink, a washer/dryer and a printer/scanner/copy machine. Our heating works with heat from the earth and by spring 2023 we will be almost CO2 neutral thanks to our solar roof. Until then some workemissions are possible.

Cosy flat with sunny balcony in Zurich center

I am living there all year long so I guarantee you'll feel at home and have a fully functional and equipped flat for your stay. Staying with Nadine is like staying with friends and full of hospitality. Nadine and her husband give very helpful local recommendations. They are great thoughtful hosts and always ask me if I need anything. During the weekend I stay there, they were out so I get the entire place to myself for the weekend as well. I enjoyed my stay at Nadine's house!

Bernhard is incredibly kind and helpful! The apartment was very easy to find by following his directions. The location is convenient with great access to public transportation, yet the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. I truly enjoyed my stay here. If I have the chance to visit Zurich again, I would definitely choose to stay here once more!

This was one of my favorite Airbnb's I've stayed at - the apartment is in a great location (easily accessible to/from the tram and a quick walk uphill from city center), and Yvonne and Alan were very kind and friendly hosts. Additionally, the bedroom & shared spaces were very clean and comfortable, with the right amount of privacy and independence. I would love to stay at Yvonne's again on a return visit to Zurich in the future. Thank you!

I loved Enrique's place. It is located in a beautiful residential neighborhood that can be reached in 20 minutes by tram from the city center. I stayed for two nights and there was no noise at all, what allowed me to rest after a busy trip. Everything was clean and new. He provided clear instructions concerning both the location of the building and the check-in procedures. It is totally worth the price, especially considering how expensive accomodations in Zurich can be. Definitely would stay again :).

Barbara's apartment was elegant and pristine. It was also well-located, with a nearby tram station that ran frequently which went to the old town. The room and bathroom were very private. Barbara also gave helpful tips and recommendations.
