On the first floor, there is a cosy living room, and a charming bedroom on the second floor. Suitable for 2 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. The "Alte Trotte" is located between "Seestrasse" and Lake Zurich (guests can use private access to the lake). Close to the railway station. Parking is included.

This unique loft is 13 minutes drive from the airport ZH and 20 min. from the city limits of Zurich. The area is rural, with forests and a river right by the house. The loft is 280m2 and fully equipped with everything. Nothing is missing here. The beds on the upper floor are of the finest quality and also the sanitary facilities. The lower floor is 200m2 and also includes a sleeping possibility for 2 people. Winter garden and terrace are on the 3rd floor.

Treat yourself and your loved ones to a break in the unique and generous private spa in Zurich. A wellness suite just for you on over 80 square meters with whirlpool, Finnish sauna, steam bath, open shower, kitchenette with fridge, lounge, two cozy loungers and a cozy bed 160x200 cm. Our studio is located at the lower part of the house and is accessible via a separate entrance in the garage. The large built-in wardrobe provides enough storage space. The kitchen is equipped with the latest technology (hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine). The bathroom with shower, sauna and cold bathroom completes the decor. The toilet is separate. The studio includes a spacious garden with a small dining table and a cozy lounge.

Since we have 3 children ourselves, this house is perfectly equipped for families with children. Adults are of course also welcome. Ping pong table, trampoline, legos, games, etc... everything is available. It has a sauna, sun loungers for outside, grill bowl with wood and gas grill. The kitchen is very well equipped with oven, steamer, kitchen aid, blender, etc... Washing machine, Tumbler freezer are also available.
