A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200 m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the Lubmin seaside resort. It is a unique wood-paneled architectural house with a large private terrace, two bedrooms each with a king-size box spring bed and separate bathrooms, a children's room, sauna, fireplace and modern interior design that leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to feel good.

The approx. 50 sqm living area (of 140 sqm) is so beautiful that you want to spend the whole vacation inside: oak floors, old wooden beams, cozy sitting area, very well equipped kitchen, large dining area, garden view, fireplace. You can enjoy the large natural garden alone. The first floor is equipped for the disabled. Bedroom; shower room. On the top floor are two bedrooms, also with shower room. Von hier aus lassen sich Wanderungen, Boots-, Paddel-, oder Fahrradtouren in die wilde Natur des Peeneurstromtales und der Wikingersiedlung "Altes Lager Menzlin" unternehmen. Zur Ostseeinsel Usedom und dem Strand sind es 30 km. Anklam und Greifswald sind die nächsten Städte und einen Besuch wert.

It has a separate entrance, a private garden and a nice seating area behind the house. Lovingly furnished, it is ideal for relaxing and unwinding or working in any season. Perfect starting point for hikes and bike tours in the nearby area or excursions towards Usedom.

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.

Great recreational paradise near Usedom

In 2016, the farm was completely refurbished and modernized. A mix of modern and country house charm make this a great vacation experience. All around is a nature reserve of European rank: the Peenetal - with a fascinating flora and fauna. Fireplace evenings, bike rides or boat tours on the nearby Peene provide plenty of variety. And the best part: Usedom Island is about 30 minutes by car. Summer, sun and beach :)

That Kielhus

This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered semi-detached house (Kielhus) consists of a first floor, second floor, attic and has a living area of 150 m². In the other half of the semi-detached house, on the ground floor, is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer as well as another apartment (Achterkajüte).
