Die Ferienwohnung wurde im Mai 2022 fertiggestellt und liegt im 1.OG auf Gut Winkel, dem ältesten noch existierenden Hof (1746) in der Gemeinde Apen. Sie ist sehr hochwertig und liebevoll ausgestattet und bietet auf ca. 75qm 2 Personen Platz. Die Gartenbenutzung ist selbstverständlich erlaubt. Wir leben hier zusammen mit unseren Hunden, Katzen und Pferden und freuen uns, Dich in dieser Idylle begrüßen zu dürfen. Der Hof hat eine ganz besondere Seele, die es zu entdecken gilt.

We had a fantastic stay at Marie and Hendriks place. Before we arrived they had made the apartment ready and even placed a box with toys to our little daughter. They were easy to contact and responded very fast. They also let our daughter use their private swing in their garden. We will defintely look for their apartment next time we are in the area.

It was just perfect. The communication was straightforward and we were even allowed to enter the accommodation a little earlier. It was totally beautiful and super clean. Everything was furnished in detail with love. We were very friendly and provided with many tips for activities with dogs for the next few days! Thank you very much - we will be happy to come back!!

We immediately found our way around and felt extremely comfortable and welcome. For us, it was the first vacation in a tiny house, everything was well thought out and we were pleasantly surprised by the large shower. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach with its own access! Thanks to the great weather, we were able to enjoy the beach to the fullest, but the view from the tiny house is also unbeatable. It was also perfect for us that our dog was allowed to be with us and that the campsite is extremely dog-friendly. Really a 10 out of 10, we will definitely come back.

The stay was very comfortable, with the unit having a variety of amenities, from a comfy porch, peaceful backyard and homie indoor space. Everything was well thought out, that included the mounted TV, which was viewable, thanks to a flexible hinge, throughout the entire space. Lastly it’s located on a lovely property with lots of charm. Plus washer and dryer!

We felt very comfortable. Everything was clean and very quiet. For us it was very nice that we could walk to everything we wanted. Supermarket with bakery nearby. Top location👍Restaurants and Zwischenahner Meer, everything within walking distance. Since I was a native of Ammerland, I knew without info.😊 In the kitchen, we would have liked a bit more light. Thanks to Maria, who was always available immediately. We will be happy to come back.😊
