Hier haben wir uns das Ziel gesetzt die typischen Merkmale eines Bauernhauses, wie die kleinen Sprossenfenster und Deckenbalken, bestmöglichst in das Gesamtbild zu integrieren. Und das alles, idyllisch, mitten in der ältesten Fußgängerzone Deutschlands. 82 qm zum wohlfühlen.

Lovely apartment with good connections to the city and Ammerland

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the green district of Ofernerdiek. We rent an approx. 25 square meter room with directly adjacent private kitchenette in the hallway, as well as a private bathroom. The space is located on the 2nd floor with a separate entrance. On the 2nd floor there is also a rarely used private room of ours. The location and infrastructure are ideal with various shopping opportunities. The BAB 293 is very close. We look forward to seeing you!

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Innenstadt, Bahnhof fußläufig 10 Minuten, Restaurants und Nachtleben Oldenburgs sind also ganz nah dran :-). Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen des morgendlichen Vogelgeszwitschers und viel grün druherum, obwohl du mitten in der Stadt bist. Die Dachterasse wirst du auch zu schätzen wissen. In unsrerer Straße wohnen nur liebe Leute. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern).

Welcome to the apartment "To'n Katteker" in Aschhauserfeld near the Zwischenahner Meer! Katteker is Low German, means squirrel and here the name says it all, because these and many other wild animals can be best observed from the living room with a vintage sofa. The spacious kitchen is great for cooking and two bedrooms offer peace and quiet to relax. The apartment is located on an old farm in the landscape conservation area with good access to cycling and hiking trails.

Spacious apartment, upstairs, quietly located in a single-family house settlement. Public transportation is within easy walking distance. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (including 1 single room). In the double rooms, the beds are separate. Bad Zwischenahn is a spa town that is subject to a guest fee (€3.00 per night/person). Children, business travelers, guests with a disability ID (100%) are exempt. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is only allowed outside.
